Russia begins invasion of Ukraine

Lol what a twat. He was threatening members? Im sure bros were shaking in their britches from the cyber threats.
I've seen worse but pretty much on par for the contemporary internet squabble.
One guy always gets super angry and then its usually something like come meet me at exit bakala and I'll kick your ass.

Today, Prigozhin said they will be leaving Bakhmut in 5 days.

He says here in front of dozens of Wagner corpses "their blood still fresh" that their ammunition has been cut by 70%, and there would be 5x less corpses if they sent the ammunition:

He says here that the Wagner arrived in March 2022 "when the special military operation did not go to plan" to save the Russian military who "ran shamelessly from Izium and Lyman" and started "Bakhmut operation meat grinder, sarificing our (Wagner) lives" but "the defense ministry turned into cheapskates" and "jiggling their fat bellies" and "will go down in history as cowards" and that they've never given Wagner a single order:

@falseprophet09 This is not a military that is winning a war.

Imagine Dragons – Crushed

Our video for Crushed, filmed on the front lines of Ukraine, is out now. It follows Sasha, a young boy who endured months of shelling in his town.

Sasha's story is heartbreaking, and there are thousands more like him who desperately need help. Even today, his family is without electricity and other basic utilities.

General Bakshi agrees, because nuclear war would be bad for India too no matter how low the risk or how much we shouldn't give in to nuclear blackmail. Here he is 2 weeks ago:

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HyKzWRC_Azo&t=1973s

"Any hopes of a ceasefire, whether under Chinese mediation or under Indian mediation or the G20, we could only think of this somewhere around August and September. That is the time when both sides have shot their bolt, they have launched their offensives, and they are now aware of the outcome of their offensives. Only then will the two sides be amenable to a ceasefire and to peace talks. But right now if we try it would be premature because the battle outcome is still open." -Bakshi

But I dunno, I think the Ukrainians will still be pretty pissed around August/Sept.

We can't give in to blackmail, but do need to understand that we don't live in the age of blitzkrieg. Conventional military forces do not matter. One man can end human history, and I hear talking heads every day say he would not do it.
I see it more like a murder suicide.

And he says here:

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=132&v=kl-GWLoAtsg

"We started this wonderful special operation on February 24th, 2022. We stomped around for a month, and then came to a standstill. We got our butts kicked from many directions and what did we see? An army that is creaking: no management, no training, no weapons. I can't understand it. It's a total mess."

No weapons,? I want to be optimistic and say there is a reasonable way out of this mess, but they do have weapons, and I believe at some point they will use them.

Well the nuclear button is not Prigozhin's to push. But the ISW made a good point the Putin has been very conservative so far: called it a special military operation not a war, didn't send enough troops, only mobilized when he absolutely had to and only a partial mobilization, still hasn't fully mobilized yet. If he won't even fully mobilize why would he launch nukes and commit suicide?

Another Prigozhin video:

He says the Ukrainians are attacking their flanks in Bakhmut, which are vulnerable and they cannot defend it. So they've got 20 houses left to take in Bakhmut, but his words: "the occupation of Bakhmut gives nothing to the Russian Federation" because the Ukrainians can encircle them and any attempts by the Russian defense ministry to make statements to make things sound better are "lies" and "will bring an overall tragedy for Russia" and "they (Russia) needs to stop lying right away."

Here's a video of a US Bradley fighting vehicle showing up and taking out some BMPs and Russians running:

And Prigozhin criticizes them and said they would be executed if they were Wagner:

@Big_paul Stephen Kotkin, probably our best expert on Russia, talks about what a peace plan would look like here:

View: https://youtu.be/f1QAfxPd_Ho?t=1835

"So if Vladimir Putin signs a piece of paper, what's it worth? Is he going to keep his word, commit to an armistace and keep his word? Of course not, never. Except, if he signs the paper in Beijing. Because if he signs it in Beijing he can't flip the bird to Xi Jinpeng. He's on the hook, that's his only bridge left. He's burned all the others."

And he says that if Ukraine takes Crimea they will have an insurgency in Crimea fueled by the Russians, and probably Russia trying to take it back in the future. He also says if you've been to Germany you know Ukraine joining NATO is not in the cards, but another alliance treaty with the US, Poland, Finland etc guaranteeing their security could be. But Russia has to be weakened enough to accept that as part of the peace plan.

US is offering the minuteman 3 with an 8000 mile range to Ukraine. They promise not to attack Russia.

It could come in handy if they want to attack North Korea.

Not likely, the US won't even give Ukraine the ATACMS with 200 mile range, though the UK just gave them the Storm Shadow missile with 155 mile range.

And also in 1997 when NATO looked like this (the countries in blue not the countries in yellow):
1685585759427.png

In 1997 both Russia and the US signed a document saying no new NATO countries would have nuclear weapons. I was called the NATO-Russia Founding Act, and that document has been honored by the US/NATO.

I thought it was from a reliable news source but I haven't heard anything since.

We have to fact check everything now.

this is a war between usa and russia.. iam sad about the deaths on both sides.

i have many friends who fight on ukrainian side, some russian friends who also fight on ukrainian side. i know the fear of a russification in ukraine like they did in WW2.

this is a war between usa and russia
Seems to me it's a war between Russia and Ukraine. Did anyone say Vietnam was a war between the US and Soviet Union because North Vietnam was using ak47s and flying migs?

This is a war of sanity against insanity. Putin.

U think so?
I think u cant compare this wars togehter...

Nato is also a big component in this circle

I don't buy the argument that nato or any other country on earth posed a threat to Russia. That is absurd. It would be suicidal.

One man is responsible for all of this.
