Sheiko strikes again

Using a game ready ice machine at PT, shivering like a fool, lol. Serious cold, lol.

The Pt folks say I'm in really good shape for two weeks post op. ROM is awesome, pain is a non factor, hand and forearm rotation is great. I can not wait to press and pull again.
Great to hear, so stay motivated!

One day short of three weeks post op. The internal swelling is fading slowly. I can see a few veins again, some separation of the muscle, etc. Pain isn't bad but it's higher now than it was due to PT.

I can't wait for the 6 week mark for X-ray's. Should be telling if the GH is actually having a real world difference in my healing time.

I can even flex it a little. It's sad and pathetic when I try butt moves like a normal bicep :):)

Wild arm pain today, in my triceps of all places.

I had my arm bent and used it as a pivot point when I was standing up. I was sitting on a floor working in some wiring and turned to my left to stand, used that elbow as a pivot point. The pain that shot up the back of my arm was ridiculous. The forearm doesn't hurt, the elbow is fine. Just the triceps pain, and it was really sharp.

All I can think is that I had a nerve go haywire on me? If anyone can throw some insight my way I would greatly appreciate it. This is literally the first thing that's concerned me since the initial tear so its got me on edge, it sure has my attention.

I have PT tomorrow afternoon so I'll ask them as well.

Thanks gents

I work in an office now but I have a mechanical background myself, getting up and down from working on wiring or some fucking thing would fuck me up regularly... I've never had lower back problems but I've tweaked myself just getting up and down from those positions more times than I can count.

I don't know what exactly you did... But preventing it in the future is your best course. I think when we're working and get in that "get it done" zone, we hop up and down too fast... Slow and steady from now on, icky... Slow and steady.

4 sets of curls and 4 sets of front raises done and dusted mother fuckers!!!!!!

I mean, it was with a 1# weight but still!!!

Clean and jerks on the dance card for next week maybe??? o_O
Awesome to hear and that has to be a big milestone for you. I used those pink 1# ones  myself earlier this year after had severely strained my left arm which took me 8 months to get it 100% fine again. Finally can curl the 40s again with that arm as of yesterday.

Maybe clean and jerks with a broomstick next ;)
