Sheiko strikes again

Still pushing ahead every week, absolutely ahead of the curve right now. I had greyston(?) therapy on my arm and scar last night. Honestly, I didn't think to much of it during, but I can feel that my arm was worked differently at PT. Maybe some good results to follow?

Take easy. Don't over due it.
I am following what they (the PT folks) have laid out for me. Hopefully it's a good layout and not too much. The basic exercise shit I am killing. My only point of contention is Pronation rom. That is getting hung up because of the forearm attachment, which is what the graston work is for. I looked it up, it's not called greyston, lol. Duh!!

Do they plan on doing on ultrasound work down the road.

Sounds like your recovery is going like gangbusters and I am sure you are yearning to hit some heavy iron soon.

I posted a article on Stretching the thumb so that you can lock that dumb in with as many fingers as possible. If you can get the meaty part of the lock on the bar it doesn't really hurt. Or maybe just the atmosphere I'm in kind of blocks the pain.

If you can only lock the dumb with two fingers it will hurt more. Bar diameter will have to be taken into consideration as well. I can get most of my fingers locked over my thumb with a deadlift bar. Which 27 mm in diameter. Stiff bars will 28-29 mm in diameter. A little thicker.

As always , good info!

IMAG0787.jpg6 weeks post op. A little better as usual. Scar is becoming very flat and loose so that's good. The tendon attachment point is still hard though, keeping my rom limited.

I am going to back off on my GH dose. I keep having wrist pain on the surgical side and I'm wondering if the blacks have anything to do with it. Dropping from 4/5iu to 2 daily.

Big news would be that I can make a biceps muscle form when I flex (no discernible difference between the different muscles yet) and I can slightly feel it tighten up. This would be the first time since the rupture that I have felt that

That area were the tendon attachment is hard would be a area that ultrasound would work hard. It might be scar tissue that needs breaking up. Ask your therapist.

I had lots ultrasound work when I messed the tendon on my wrist up by putting through a window. It worked pretty well.

I'll ask, I know I have another 6 weeks of PT scheduled so I'm sure there is more to come. I have PT this afternoon after work.

I miss overhand left :( :D:D:D

Hey there, @Ickyrica . The best investment you can make with the expendable, in my opinion, is to hire a nutritionist. If you still feel like shopping is a personal trainer.
Be certain that you research both and get experienced and well known(if possible) employees. I guarantee you'll learn more than you bargained for and you'll take what you learn from both and and see sick results immediately from both.
It's hard for me to impress upon you how you will literally take things to the next level. Check this out...I promise you that you will get better results from having a trainer and nutritionist with no gear and no gh than you would on cyckle with gear and those grey tops. Guaranteed. Just think how you'd fare stacking the drugs and the specialists! You won't regret it. You'll wish you did it sooner.
There's a guy over at the den who i've heard is good with the food thing. One of the guys that frequents there would know who I mean. Last thing...are you on a trt dose of test? I read you aren't running gear, just the gh? Any particular reason? I can't be the only guy who thinks some test is a must here?

Currently, I'm on a 200mg weekly dose of test and have no intentions of cycling for a while. However I will be a trt dude for perpetuity.

I might get into hiring someone once I'm back on the horse. These last few months have kicked my ass. Torn adductor, broken hip and the biceps rupture had me wanting to take a step back and regroup.

I'm currently cutting as I heal. I'm trying to come in with less than 15% bf before I get back into cycling, would like closer to 10% though.

One of the biggest let downs when I last got hurt was not being able to use the GH with a proper cycle. Fortunately, I have a cool bro science opportunity with how fast my soft tissue heals as compared to the no GH in my system.

I have a cool workout plan to try when I'm healed up. That coupled with a solid nutrition plan should put me into a really good spot and when that happens bring on the next cycle :)

Kind of a rambling reply...

I agree with @biggerben69 and trainer/coach maybe POB as your coach and nutritionist will definitely take you to another level and once you learn what you are being taught you can drop one or the other or both. Since you would have learned the process.

Me personally I'd drop the nutritionist after some time. Always good to have a knowledgeable coach fix your technique. Especially if you plan on competing.
