The house thing sucks but its not the first one I've missed and I'm almost certain it's not going to be the last. It always blows when someone comes in and hits at the same house with an extra 20k/30k over aaking. Wtf...

Seems like the arm is fine now. I'm curling 50# DB and am hitting back and chest with basically no elbow issues anymore. I will say this though, my repaired arm has a different leverage now. I swear my tricep is getting a better pump than before the surguries. Strange.

It's actually a highly debated thing. There are lion sightings up here more than one would believe but wildlife services have yet to find real evidence of them, regularly. I'd personally love to think that lions are local to me!

We have more bobcats than I think hunters could kill. But lions, damn. When they have a long tail it's going to be a lion lol. Short tail equals bobcat

LMAO!!! It's not as hard as you may think. You can go to his site request to be student of his by contacting him via his email. This part might take some time but eventually he will contact you. He has some awesome protocols.
 
I ran one a year plus ago and really enjoyed it. I developed a lot from it, really had some good growth in my arms actually, from his benching. It was my first powerlifting program.

I'm starting to realize that my body needs bits and pieces from a bunch of different levels of programming. My upper body is much healthier and further developed than my lower body. I'm no where near a one stop shop for programming.

I love Sheiko style programming. There is a lot of different things he does to get his lifters to be great.

House fell through. Nice place, not quite the correct fit though. Next one is tomorrow, maybe better luck then.

Hammered on back twice this week. Mostly circuit training with some barbell rows and whatnot for weight. Got into deadlifts yeaterday. Nothing crazy, just wanted to get some reps in before I bring that move back into my routine full time. It's no where near as natural as a move before the surgery, mentally I'm scared of reinjurung it. Respect the bar!!

Going to start adding in heavy lockouts on bench to get used to feeling over 400. That's a benchmark that is getting destroyed soon
 
Killer back day. Cool tbar handle that extends the bar lower out of my nutsack showed up, that's a win. I'm finding it hard to stay motivated on back days, but I get through them well. My elbow aches now, that's the motivation killer. I'm turning into a vagina I guess. Lol.

Put an offer in on a house today. It's not on the market yet but we knew about it. Will know tomorrow hopefully. Insanely frustrating process but I think this is the one fellas.

The npp is good, has some sides to it though. Started using cialis again. Loving it other than that and that really doesn't bother me too much right now...

I didn't experience any the one time I used it.

If just pop the A50 pre workout or first thing in the morning on days you don't lift. That was enough for me personally
 
Worked out in my old gym today. Hit some chest, incline and flat. Fucking benches are stupid. They are so narrow, my shoulders can feel it. I have these wide benches at my place. They rule.

Saw these 2 younger dude's again, still hitting it hard. Good to see younger guys stick with it and grow. One of them has a boatload of BB potential, pretty strong too.

In rare form today, feeling bad. Like really bad. I had a sugar issue today, almost had to sit down i.e. pass the fuck out. I get them occasionally and assume I have diabetes on the horizon or something. Fucking strange shit. I pounded a yoohoo and made a hotdog. Waited about 20 minutes and made a preworkout and did the damn thing

Worked up to some safe singles at 355 on bench. Held off on pushing for more. Did a bunch of 225 & 135 amrap sets. Did a bunch of fluff shit after. Feel like it was a wasted day. Oh well.

Hip feels fine today, not really tight at all. A few more random workouts without pain and I'll probably start adding weight on and figure out a real game plan for lower body.

First 375 went down too slow. Hitched hard at like 3" off my chest.
