I'm a complete mess after this weekend. Complete trash nutrition, dehydrated af, didn't eat shit today, not enough water either. Missed my anadrol, too.

Hit 345*5 today on flat bench. Thats a 5 rep pr for me. Not sure by how much but it's def a good pr. :) fueled by hate today

really think if I'm hydrated, well fed and have some nice PWO on board I would hit 405 right now.
 
I, as my wife calls it, got so drunk I had to “let the devil out”.

It wrecked my weekend for sure. Fucking alcohol sucks. This is why recreational weed needs to be legal in my state. I’d never buy another beer again... after all, we all need that good sleep for recovery! LOL

Part of the reason I hate orals is cause I'll always miss at least one dose a week. Almost guaranteed.

I've been getting these electrolyte packets from vitamin Shoppe I really like. I drink a packet in the morning and then a few packets before and during my lift. I'd recommend them, especially for days you don't drink enough water. I always get them when they're on a BOGO free or BOGO 50% and just stock up on them
 
Still off the wagon regarding diet. Killing myself here. Stressed out and that's a big portion of not eating. Water intake is better. Grind of a day at the gym because of no food.

Did a bunch of back stuff, did some bench work as well. Just volume stuff for the most part. Threw in 2 slanger sets at the end. 365*3 for both sets.

Time to eat
 
Maybe something, maybe nothing but my wrists feel sore. Like inside of them. I cant remember this feeling ever so I don't know if I should be concerned. No pain, just sore. Sleep on it maybe?
 
That sucks, I got some tendonitis in my right wrist that has been driving me nuts for a couple weeks. Hope yours gets better soon
Haven't had any real tendonitis issues, yet. I think it's just my vagina spreading its wings and flying away! Pain is weakness leaving the body. Unless its your bicep and that bitch rolls up your arm!! :p
 
I'm not used to doing as much as I did today.

I started subbing my overhead press day into a strongman log day, following the Juggernaut Method.

I worked up to a heavy set of 5, clean once and press 5 times.

Then, I moved into the TJM %/reps scheme. It came out to 5 sets 2x5 first and then 3x10. Cleaning each rep and pressing. It was only 130lbs, the rest time is limited to 90sec, and that shit kicked my fucking ass. My abs, lower back and obliques feel like someone beat me with a stick.

Was thinking about it and I think another component to last night's soreness is related to my increase in reps at a heavier weight. I'm not used to doing 3-5 reps in the mid 300s. Even with a slanger set your wrists are still holding that weight, I figure that's got to be part of it too
 
Make sure the bar is stacked over your wrists and not in your palms. It's a common problem i see, and I do myself sometimes. It's easier to do with a suicide grip. Which is why some guys will train with a suicide grip. Takes pressure off the elbows. Also make sure you're squeezing the bar as hard as you can to activate other muscles

Other than that just do some wrist stretches.

I used to use suicide but switched back, maybe 6 months ago? I like suicide better but won't risk it anymore lol. I may not squeeze tightly every time. Something to pay attention to...

In other ickyrica news, all this new attention to back is starting to pay off. I can see and feel a much better pump on the exterior of my lats. That's kinda cool.
 
I'm working in a presidential suite in a downtown Boston hotel, harbour side facing logan. Place is unreal.

I'm going to write a bug into my pgm so in like 6 months the software freezes up. I want to come back for a service call when it's done and cleaned up!

fine I think. No clue what was going on but they are fine lol.

yeah man, we call them Easter eggs. Little bugs or visual issues that can drive a service call are easy.

We can put a timer in the program to make it do pretty much anything. We can make the control processor just stop communicating to touch panels, make the touch panels lock up or even do something as creative as make the panels have an image appear and take over the screens.

So, when I have a wicked hot customer that I want to see again....
