On week 6 of test 300 and var 25 mgs. Liver values came back all good. Still waiting on cholesterol. Here are my rbc levels though. Should I drop cycle and donate?

They aren't ridiculously out of range, you could probably get away with just donating double reds and staying on but considering how anxious you are with all the threads about your current cycle which let's be honest, is a mild cycle, you'd be better off coming off to save you more worry.

Thanks haha your not wrong. I'm a firefighter so don't want my heart working too hard. I'm on Fin so red cross says I can't donate for 30 days once I come off. Not sure if I can wait that long

Increased erythropoiesis is normal with supra physiological androgen dosages.

That hematocrit though is climb up to levels where I'd feel uncomfortable and would want to donate or do a phlebotomy. However, do an iron panel first (serum iron, TSAT, ferritin), your cbc is potentially pointing to a slight iron deficiency.

What's weird is the low-ish mpv though (which is usually higher on aas cycle's). Suggesting either faster rbc turnover or some weirdness in the rbc's production cycle. Maybe some immune system deregulation.

And share all your bloods.

Just looking at your cbc however wouldn't be the reason to end your cycle.

I really only checked liver, blood, and cholesterol. Since everything looked good before cycle. Still waiting on the cholesterol. Here's the other ones

As I said check iron.

Has your alp been low on any other occasions or is this the first time? Either way, you might have some micro nutrient deficiencies going on there.

Drink a bunch of water and go get tested again

I got tested first thing in the morning could that be why?

Im unaware of your hydration levels first thing in the morning.

I wake up and drink 20oz with electrolytes added and then about an hour later chug a 16oz bottle of water and then an hour later chug another one. That’s all before 8am so *i* am hydrated in the morning. Not sure if you are lol

checking in to see if your alp was low again.
Mine has been consistently low for at least a yr , was wondering if thats from trt gel (armpit application)…..my t level off gel drops to 53 before application.
I feel like i really messed myself up….

What are your e2 levels? Surprised no one has asked about this yet.

Having that high of a hematocrit for such a low dose is strange to me, I highly doubt its the var. I’m willing to bet it could be due to high e2, are you bloated at all?

As said in this thread, donating blood can get you by, but if you have a 55 hematocrit on just 300 test, steroids and bodybuilding is prob not the path youre meant to go down; gotta have the genetics to handle the drugs.

Please keep us posted on lipids too, thats the real killer w var and what could limit your cycle; I would save the var for the end of your cycle when you put on some fat and need to clean up while maintaining strength on less cals.

Yes. You were dehydrated from sleeping overnight leading to a high hematocrit. You want to be well hydrated so drink a lot of water right into the blood draw and make sure electrolytes are good. My recent bloodwork showed a hematocrit of 42 on over a gram for 16 weeks. I drink a ton of water every day and supplement with magnesium and potassium plus eat foods high in sodium/mag/potassium

You’re fine bro every cycle is going to raise rbc , hematocrit, hemoglobin…it’s liver values, Ggt, and cystatin C and creatinine you need to keep an eye on….you’re all good for a while

The way I would interpret this for myself - and myself only - is that I was dehydrated before the test. I would not personally be super concerned because those #’s are only slightly above reference range.

Id schedule another test, maybe add in some additional tests with it, and really hydrate beforehand. And at the very least you’ll lose a little extra blood from the tests.

55 hematocrit on just 300 test is not good, whats OP going to do when the dose needs to goes up?

How many people do gear only go as far as 300 test alone? I don’t think many, these are very addicting drugs, I wouldnt endeavor if you cant take it fairly far.

That’s what I was thinking too most of the time numbers can look better just from drinking a litre or two of water or with some hydration powder…I know it worked for me I did blood twice in about 10 days that was the only difference was I drank some water and didn’t do it first thing in the morning
