When I get sick I want my body focused on fighting off that sickness and not adding stress of training. I don’t know how many times I have gone back to the gym like a day too soon and actually ended up setback in getting over the flu, head cold, whatever. My guess is you may want to do the same with covid, maybe even be a little more cautious as it can definitely be more severe in some cases. As far as hormones, unless you are one of the people who get sick bad and are down for weeks and possibly hospitalized I would say continue them and after a week or so get back to training all good, when close to full health again. Just take care of long term health. A year from now missing a week of workouts won’t matter, missing months because of getting real sick will. Just my two cents, something to think about as you make your own decision.
