Show MESO your Sports Bikes/Cars

Nice Nova Perrin ; I helped a neighbor build a "64 Nova drag car when I was a teenager . Factory SS with the 283 (we stuffed a 454 in her) . I also have a "63 Impala up in Alaska. Black on black from the factory . Planning upgrades here too ...Gotta have a classic ;)

Thanks, OGH. I like the idea of putting a big block back in it. It had one years ago, what's in it now is just so it can be driven around. The car is mini-tubbed with a fuel cell in the trunk and powerglide transmission. It's supposed to be a mild drag car. No roll cage though.

As I remember all we had to do was use the motor mounts from the 454 (from "71 Caprice station wagon) and turn them around and the motor dropped right in the Nova. I think we used a 400 turbo tranny . I now regret modifying a true SS model , but it turned out pretty nice . And fast .

Good news, for me anyway. On Friday I went to my local bike shop to have a look around while the wife was in work, the boy was in nursary and I had the day off...... Saw a bike I fell in love with. Pick it up tomorrow. Pics to follow. Nice R1 upgrade ;)
