Cover the vial with a paper towel and microwave it in 15 second intervals at 80-90% until it’s reconstituted, shaking between.

Do you plan to send them in for testing?
Pressed orals tabs in the past have been an issue getting accurate dosing for Chinese sources. QSC doesn’t offer them anymore because they couldn’t dial them in.

No, rubber can be microwaved. Anything that isn’t metal or doesn’t hold water won’t be affected by microwave. It takes liquid to heat anything in a microwave

Every Suspension I've ever received never came in a vial. It came in a bottle that you can use a blunt tip syringe
Nope. However, what I would do is microwave it and then keep it in a baby warmer to keep it continually reconstituted so you aren't always having to heat it up. Cheers dude

I always use a double boiler (glass with water, with vial inside water line below top of vial, inside of boiling pot)

No sir not oral suspension. There are water based injectable suspensions that should absolutely come in a sterile vial or ample.
Lol, i have never risked steam getting close to my vent pin. Heating it on stove top always bring anything crashed into solution again, I use hair dryer if need and it works perfectly too.
It looks like it just crystallized, I bet it just fell out of solution either because of cold during transport or guaicol/solvents can’t keep it in solution.

No plan to send for testing . Seems like an excessive expense for a few hundred worth of gear . But I’m not planning on using it for a while because I have stuff . Maybe others will do the testing on the meantime

Yes, microwaved in 15 second intervals, shaking it after. Took about 10 times, but it fully dissolved. Pinned 10mgs of it. Zero pip.
