Because the peptides kick in fast making fasted cardio easier to manage. I have to be at work by 6:50 AM….waiting 3 hours for GH to peak would mean I have to pin in the middle of the night. Much rather be able to pin 10-15 minutes before I start my cardio.

I actually do that on fasted cardio days. I'll do my PM bolus and prep an IM GH injection, leave it in the fridge and then pin it real quick before going back to bed for 3hrs. Then again I only do this once or twice a week so it's not too much of an inconvenience. I have read that if your bolus is taken late enough the GH pulse will still be active while doing fasted cardio, so it may not even be worth worrying about.

With all that said, I do like the idea of adding certain secretagogues to the regimen. Obviously they aren't as effective but I think they serve a purpose.

That’s some good info. I heard that about pre bed GH as well. I’ve been taking 4.5 iu GH per day split into 3 shots to maximize the fat burning effect. When my Frag gets here my protocol will be GH pre bed, Frag when I wake up, followed by another GH shot 15 minutes later then do cardio and remain fasted for 2-3 hours, then GH shot before workout in the afternoon.

For super shredder I recommend the originator Aminos Asylum. With their 20% discount on your first five orders there is not a great price differential. Just started using for my weekend morning workouts and found it very effective.

I'm not gonna lie, the prices those compounding pharmacies are asking for things like Reta are downright insulting. Modern Aminos, Amino Asylum, etc. are offering SINGLE vials of things like Reta for twice as much as a damn kit from overseas. Amino Asylum wants $400 for one 15mg vial of Reta. Pure insanity if you ask me.

I suppose they have their place and can be convenient for some but it's tough to justify those prices even at 20% off the first five orders.

I have my issues with SSA and they continue to slip but I'll put up with the headaches if it means I can get the same exact product at a fraction of the price.

I made two recent orders from SSA and sent 4 of the products off to Jano for analysis. I received 3 of the results today. Definitely excellent results. Only negative was the Reta was 16% over stated amount. I know some might not consider it a negative but for these drugs, being that much over might pose a slight problem determining their dose. Still, great problem to have.

Thank you for testing. I'll say this about SSA, they do a good job with their GLP-1's. Oils and tabs seem to be a different story, as of late anyway. Comms, shipping and the rest are also not great as of late. Hopefully they manage to turn it around.

Have you guys given up on emails? I've sent you a peptide order on proton mail and it's been ignored all week. I sent Ray a Telegram and it was responded to right away. My issue is I don't trust Telegram as there are scam accounts posing as SSA reps all over that app. I've also always ordered through email and would like to keep it that way -under the same email thread I've used since day one with you. When will you be responding to your email?

The Tirz is legit but I strongly disagree on their GH being "good". I switched from their GH to Opti and the difference is like night and day. I certainly won't waste my money on SSA GH ever again. Not when much better options are available for a bit more per kit.

Well, I have to complain about SSA as well. I placed an order on February 23. The order was for:

- Retatrutide 30mg*10vials
- Semaglutide 30mg*10vials
- CJC-1295 without DAC 5mg + IPA 5mg

Instead of all three, I got one plastic box of 10 vials, with blue caps, labeled CP10. I had no idea what it is.

Well, I wrote Ray on telegram, and they responded quickly. They originally told me, when I ordered, that the order would take 15 days roughly to get to me. It is now 16 days. The original tracking number was only for the one box of vials. After asking, Ray now sent me a new tracking number, which is for the missing items. But it says the shipper has not even received it yet, despite the "label" being issues on February 25.

I am hopeful this arrives soon, and while the communication has been quick, they have not communicated everything, and execution has been pretty disastrous. Pretty dissatisfied. Hopefully they find a way to make it right.
