It's just exhausting. I guess if someone wants to call 13 percent lean, then staying lean year round is pretty simple. I know people who don't workout who "stay lean"

13% is good for those over the age of 25.

I was a solid 10% bf at age 20 before my drug addiction took over and now I’m 16%.

I was pretty badass without gear to be honest but my age caught up to me, can’t stay lean forever after a certain stage.

It was around the same time I grew a beard so hormones played a part.

On the road to recover and I’ve lost around 2% in 2 months, probably more but I’m running test without an AI.

your right, 13 percent body fat Is god like. the people at the gym regularly getting 6,7,8 because they don't permabulk, their really more like 25 percent those in body machines are worthless because guys on the internet who like to eat said so.

Greg Douchette is a freak of nature, no one else can stay lean, eating 3,000 calories a day is impossible you'll starve and waste away and die! no one has the will power to eat that little itty bit of food!
 
Body fat is also distributed differently, so someone's 13% can look at lot worse than another's if their abs are covered in fat, but the rest of their body is lean. My legs have veins in them and my quads are a little feathered lol...yet my mid section is "flabs" (fatty abs).
 
So tell us what’s making her “FAT” if it’s not food ? Like I said earlier it’s fluid then !! You can’t get fat off no food, it’s science, common sense, and everything else. Is the air she’s breathing making her fat ? Please tell us …..

finally someone posted some truth. if someone has a 31 inch waist at 13 percent they can look "lean" even with a higher body fat. Someone can be 7 and have a 34 inch waist and look fat after a big meal. Palumboism is an example.

I would write a poem for clowns, but since @phenominal34 is a badass guy and already owned them all and made them his bitches, I guess I'll save everyone from reading a page of the book.

I only talk so much because that's what we do, only time you will hear silence is in a church. That's our culture to express ourselves, we don't talk for nothing, we together create positive energy aura. On the plus side, there are not a lot of fake people so that's good.

I'm temperamental, but again not for no reason. I can act cool and collected and talk nice with good people. As for insults, I'm good, we tend to say quite humiliating things to each other when we fight verbally. Due to rich and expressive language you can be so much more creative and really make that person "feel it". It's pretty normal to fight to death (verbally) and then after 2-3 hours sit down and drink espresso and laugh about life and be happy.

As for @phenominal34 he's that cool dude you know that if you dated his daughter you would really need to be careful what you're doing or he would really kick your ass...

And that's fucking cool, I'd actually take a punch to the face and learn something about his family values and some respect, than sit with some beta father in law who talks about the old days and that he's done with life lol. With this dude we could hit the gym old school way too. Maybe one day.

Don't you think men should probably be 20 percent bf max for a healthy lifestyle? I mean 8 percent isn't necessary(not that it isn't unhealthy) but I think the average person should be expected to be between 12 and 18 percent bodyfat.

I mean, 18 percent can be a little chunky, but at the same time.it can look skinny fat.

If you are competiting(or on Instagram) then sure, 14 percent can be chunky.



What blows my mind is when we have people here talk about 15 percent bodyfat is fat and they also have no pictures of themselves

This is a ped forum. Everyone here should at least have visible abs. The fact that this is FAR from being the case for even someone who has 3x "TREN" in his name is a shame.

just curious. I barely have abs coming in but I am progressing in the right direction. I only have 2 cycles under my belt and there was no reason to cut down when I had little muscle.

Think the first guy is Alex A I had him as a coach many moons ago, he would never get fat even offseason, and he didn't have good genetics at all. Just dedicated diet and tons of cardio, but tons of cardio isn't needed for 8 percent. No Alex A was on a ton of drugs because he had alot of muscle on his frame, but for a 6ft guy to be 190-200 at 8 percent year round eating 3400 or so calories, eating clean and using 500mg of AAS, this isn't difficult.

I guess it depends on our standards. some guys think they look good at 15 percent, some guys it has to be 10, some want to be the leanest guy in the gym so 8 looks good. Now pushing below 7, that can be tough and require some calorie restriction.

Everyone please aim for 15% at least.

I know it’s hard especially with age but try your hardest.

The best way to know and the easiest way is an visibility.

Shit on me if you want but it’s a sure fire way of checking how tubby you are.

I also highly recommend the tit jiggle test.

I don't have jiggly tits. Never have.

I have been doing a strong recomp and put 30+ lbs of muscle and lost 16+ lbs of fat In the past 8 months.

I am enjoying it. The thing that puts the stress on me more than anything is the actual cycle

I hear their accurate I just us the in body at the gym I read its accurate too. really all you need to know is if your gettin fatter, or leaner, exact bf doesn't matter its how you look. I prefer to stay lean so if I get on that thing and it is up 2% I know I gained fat, diet back down, fuck bulking.

I think the key is diet down to as lean as you want to be, use reverse math, figure your new maintenance and just stay lean. maybe push but if you get some mush, drop those calories back down for a week and your right back where your at. the problem guys have is they never get lean to begin with, or they bulk up and get fat then when they diet down they realize they don't have that much muscle and freak out or they think the scale means a thing, so then they puff back up.

but if you can get down to 8 and your eating above 2k a day, your in a good spot, you can probably maintain at 2.5-3k then. do a little internettinet fasting to control hunger, coffee in the day, eat bulky food, add low calorie sauces, mushrooms, sauerkraut, strawberries, egg white wraps from Aldi,,,,especially mushrooms they hardly have any calorie and fill you up

my favorite meal 10oz 96% lean ground beef 25 pickles 4 oz mushrooms, thats 500-600 calories and a huge amount of food. garlic, salt, pepper, you actually got to sit there and eat it. its not some meal where you eat it in 2 minutes and your still starving. throw in some spring pix or veggies with low calorie sauce you wont want to eat for a few hours.
