Using 1500 mg of Tren/week will saturate your receptors, that's not even accounting for the other 2-3 grams of shit he is taking. There is no subjectivity in the fact that it is extremely stupid to compile this kind of a cycle. That is an objective statement. If you guys looked out for each other you wouldn't let Wunderpus become the dumbest dude in the online steroid scene with this "cutting" cycle as well as being a Syntherol whore. Jesus, I don't even like him but I think it is painful reading all the shit he is taking. Being supportive of self-destruction? Ummmmm, no I don't think that is a good idea.

I think it's a man with a plan and we're all quite aware at the risks to reward ratio that comes along with this game. I understand what you're saying. I get maybe it's not needed. But here's my argument. More drugs will ALWAYS lead to more results in Most cases. Is it always needed? Nope. I'm sure in 1 year I can make the same gains on a healthy 500mg test cycling. But I know I can make them same gains in 6 months on a gram. Your argument for that? To some, the average, it's not a race it's a marathon... to someone who wants it as fast as possible.. well it's a race. Me for example. I want to be somewhere in the industry. So, why let the guys beside me advance quicker?

Ok so saturation occurs when all your androgen receptors are activated and you cannot get any more anabolic androgenic effect as all the ARs are being used. This means, I will get the same results whether I use 10 grams tren or if I use 1.5 grams of tren.

This is uneducated abuse...

Still typing with a bum finger, so this update will be short!

I cannot even begin to express how happy I have been with these daily changes! Everyday I wake up, looking like a different person. I am not drained as I expected to feel... I'm full of energy and surprisingly not sore from my workouts (normally in a caloric/nutrient deficit I tend to have a bit more soreness than in a surplus).

Carbs are still in the diet, 1 cup of brown rice a few hours pre lifting and 1 cup of white rice an hour after lifting. The other carbs (90 grams or so) are intra. This is gatorade powder, Karbolyn, BCAAs, glutamine and citruline malate.

Strength was a bit low yesterday, but motivation was there. I was failing on incline bench sets I normally wouldn't, but since i knew it wasn't mental, I felt okay with it. Still keeping cardio at 25 minutes right now, post workout. I'm buying a treadmill to start doing fasted AM cardio at home, but for now post lift is all I've got.

I think I'm going to stick with my revised plan of using short esters throughout. I really don't MIND the daily pinning too much, and they're so much easier to work and play with.

Okay, so I brewed up some 100mg/ml tren ace yesterday to just keep chucking that into this cycle. The short esters are just so much easier to play with and adjust. Waiting to get some mast prop, so right now just running the tren with test and EQ. I sure do miss that anadrol...
Currently at:
1,400mg's Tren Ace
900mg's Test Enan
1,000mg's EQ

I feel really, really good. No negative sides to speak of, and I'm really enjoying the daily changes. I feel like NPP would be a nice addition to this cycle, as well.

That's a lotta tren ace my man. Are you one of the lucky ones who don't experience the sides? Cycle before last I ran EQ and Tren ace together and I was a freaking maniac. Now I haven't cycled the two together again but I definitely feel the EQ had me on edge.

Yeah I've run up to 2100mg's of tren (not recommended) and was pretty much fine. The sides outweighed the results at that level.

Personally, EQ doesn't give me the mental sides that it seems to give some users...
 
I've definitely noticed tren is easier on me the more times I cycle it. I'll be interested to watch how things progress.

Hope everyone had a nice weekend! Anyway, I wanted to go over my diet today, and how everything has been working thus far.

So, as a lot of you know, I've been very happy with the progress so far. I did the keto diet for a week, and just felt like shit... It wasn't working for me, I just could get motivated to go lift, then finish with cardio... So, I've incorporated carbs following the ratios identically from John Meadows Universe Prep. So, far, the results have been insane. I've actually added a few pound of weight, but look MUCH leaner, so, that's okay with me. Here's an example of my diet today:

4 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezekiel toast
1 egg white shake
8 ounces of ground beef (some sausage too) with spaghetti squash and a green salad
7 ounces chicken breast with sriracha and curry over 1 cup brown rice
1 egg white shake
Pre workout- 1/2 cup cream of rice, 1 tbsp nut butter, some sugar free Hershey's syrup
Intra workout- 2 scoops Extend, 3 scoops gatorade powder (66 carbs)
Post workout 1 cup of white rice with 7 ounces lean red meat and a green salad

This is around 320g protein, 328g carbs and about 60g fat. The carbs are almost entirely timed around lifting, except for the "slow" carbs within the Ezkiel bread and the brown rice (meal 4).

I cannot believe how quickly my body is changing on this diet. It seems so simple, and honestly I was VERY hesitant to keep this many carbs in... Well, I was wrong. I'm sure the carbs will be dropping soon, but there's not reason to fidget with them while fat is coming off.

I am hungry, all the time, which sucks. My body just isn't adapting to this little food, and I feel hungry/cranky a lot of the day. I really am shocked this is STILL an issue, a few weeks in..... Any suggestions on this would be great.

Cardio is just around 30 minutes EOD after lifting, just LISS stuff for now. It's a good time for me to reflect on things such as diet and training, and make notes about how it's going/changes I'm going to make.

Today marks day 1 of week three in Meadow's Universe training, this will give me 4 weeks at the end of my "cut" to either start a new program or figure something out. I cannot wait to run JM's Gauntlet again, that was the most fun I've ever had with a program.

Please just take this as constructive criticism, but are you not photogenic? I'm guessing you look alot bigger in person than online. You run crazy dose cycles and for the amount you're pushing I've seen people achieve what you have on alot less drugs. Don't get me wrong you do have a good body shape and look lean, though.
