First up is a plate loaded shin/tib blaster, anyone who wants more size on their lower legs need to work their tibialis and surrounding muscles often. This here does the trick.

Next up I turned a shitty cap brand barbell into a safety squat bar.

I also took a FI bench and made it a FID bench with incline seat as well. Still need to add a few thing, but almost there. O also dropped the bench height from 21" to 18" so my fucking legs could sit proper.

Nice job! Some great ideas that I am definitely stealing!

Also do love seeing properly ground edges.

I’ll share a T bar row I welded up

Still trying to figure out what to build next. I have a full power cage. Quad extensions and a leg press would be awesome. Just have to figure out the slide mechanism for the leg press is all.
I have a ton of linear rail. THK rail and bearings. How long does the slide have to be? Same goes to you @JetsFan .

Going to do one myself too

For quad extensions you can mount a simple design to your power rack and will work best if your seat inclines. Here's a shitty pic if the general idea.

Now for leg press just go vertical like Arnold ;)

Pretty straightforward and requires little materials.
