Requested tracking after so many days like he said and he replied with there was a problem so here’s some freebies and expect your pack on Tuesday along with a tracking number to which I said what happens if it doesn’t show up on Tuesday lol? He says it’s express so it’s a 1-2 day garuntee. I just checked the tracking and it says label created February 3? Something doesn’t make sense

All of these shipping errors appears mistakes are being made because you cannot handle the amount of customers you have taken on. I hope you learn from these growing pains.

I never get these labs and how they operate. I believe brewing and shipping at the same time is a task where many dealers go south. It scares me too touch these brewers who run out of a lot of product and have to always brew. It means they probably don’t have the capital to purchase the amount of raw needed to make it easy on them. Then they don’t have the means to properly test what needs to be tested. You can only play this game for so long. Shut down orders and restock. Make 6000 vials of your best selling compounds and streamline the process. When you’re rushed to brew nothing good comes out of it. When you’re playing catch up, some part of your operation is going suffer. Just my thoughts.

I understand but I’ve been doing this for 10 years and never had to worry. I’m sure there’s bigger fish
