on a different note, in regards to these domestic sources. Been in this game awhile now, and typically, they come in with the best of intentions (I choose to be optimistic), do okay for awhile. Get real big and go private, or flame out (usually what happens). So enjoy them while they last, and have your next source planned out.

@Sasquatch Labs some of the better sources here have taken scheduled breaks. The reason for the breaks were not usually disclosed but I'm sure it was to restock and keep things at a reasonable rather than hectic pace.

@Sasquatch Labs ^^^^^This here is sage advice. I would highly recommend putting things on the back burner until you can catch up.
Also, it’s not whether there are problems so much as how the problems are handled — all things considered. Either way good luck and look forward to seeing how everything plays out.
 
One of our employees has been shorting people and giving out false information in emails. They will no longer be working with us. We have EQ.

Mdavid - You received 4 out of the 5 items we were going to send you for free. Still not sure why you were shorted, but we will send out what you're missing.

The few valid issues compound over time if they don’t stop the train from derailing.

Why not shut your doors until you get things worked out? You’re slipping all over the place.

-Inconsistantly filled vials
-Inconsistant T/A
-Inconsistant labels
-Email issues
-Employee issues
-Shorting customers accidentally
-Stock issues

You don’t seem like a bad guy who is always trying to make things right, but it’s been a sloppy operation. Take it for what it is but I think you may need to take a step back and regroup. I’d rather see you do that than watch a slow drowning. That’s no good for you or any one of your customers.

Inconsistent T/A, Email issues, employee issues, shorting customers - This is all the same issue. We had an employee start slacking off and all of this happened at once. They are no longer part of the business. Becca has been taking emails all day and I'm sure you'll have a better experience with her.

Inconsistent labels - We created a cleaner look for our labels which we will keep moving forward. "Inconsistent" is a negative way to describe it.

Inconsistently filled vials - The first Mast E batch was 10mL. The Test E is 11mL. We are keeping all products 11mL moving forward so at least 10mL is guaranteed.

Stock issues - It's normal to run out of items. We thought we had enough Test E to last us through this month, however, order volume increased after the recent bloodwork reviews. We would have more in stock by now but are working around Chinese New Year. Our next batch will be much larger.

Packages that were paid for yesterday have gone out today. We're back to 2-5 day T/A.

Jay, I like you. Please take it as constructive criticism. I do not want to see you fail but I am pointing out what I have seen. I am trying to help you out based on what I’ve seen over the years on this board. I am rooting for you as well. Like I said, I think you are a good guy. Don’t take it the wrong way. The way you’re handling yourself speaks volumes and it’s appreciated.

Im being honest i have no idea where the package is at , I want trying to scam anyone . I just took my loss and reordered
