You are completely right.
Our main mistake was overselling items. There's not much we can do if we don't have the stock to keep doors open, so we closed shop until everything was caught up. We're a few days behind from what I anticipated. We'll be offering some store credit to people who had outstanding orders on top of receiving what they paid for.

its important to not rush and send out bad quality product because your behind.
Also a heads up that you had no tren no test no anything before accepting orders about 3 weeks ago would of been some good information for us to have.
