Our main mistake was overselling items. There's not much we can do if we don't have the stock to keep doors open, so we closed shop until everything was caught up. We're a few days behind from what I anticipated. We'll be offering some store credit to people who had outstanding orders on top of receiving what they paid for.

I have been very happy with orders for sure but seeing no communication gets the guard up quick.

I would like to see a glorious future for @Sasquatch Labs. All he needs to do is be steady here as in at least a few daily posts.

If the lab is down for a week or two it's still your thread squatch, you are still welcomed and encouraged to post daily.

It’s to easy to do the right thing. Seems none of these labs want to do it right except a very select few, and because of that they go private to keep volume manageable. I guess if these labs had legitimate business skills, they would be doing something else to make money..

That’s a start as long as it isn’t a bunch of fluff. Keep the lines of communication open on a daily basis even if you can’t respond to a hundred emails give a group update in the thread. Don’t rush the process.. people want the gear they receive to be clean above all else. Even if that means shutting down for a couple weeks to restock. Do those two things and you will have a lot of happy customers.

The only good reason to not be on here daily is 1) you’ve been abducted 2) you have been arrested
