No one has been ignored. All emails have been replied to with 1-2 days and 95% of them within 24 hours. Saying we ignored you for a week isn't doing us "a solid." It causes hysteria when there does not need to be any.
We are on other boards so if you need to contact us, then please do so by email.

I admit that is unprofessional. I went back through emails to see what happened. We oversold EQ by one vial and that person's pack went out late. We included freebies to make up for our mistake.
That same customer sent us another email asking if we had NPP to which Dino replied that we were out of stock on that one item. Our 150mg/mL NPP was crashing so we stopped selling it and reduced the concentration to 100mg/mL. It's now back on our price list.
For future customers - we are running low on Test E and Mast E. We have more on the way along with 9-10 new compounds.
