Sounds like you Are leading me to believe you have such a highly accurate mechanized dosing system, that mistakes are impossible beyond +/- .5ml ? Ok, where was quality control on that half filled vial? One of YOUR emplyees put their hands on that vial and stuffed it in a box for shipment. They obviously dont care. Is This same employee also responsible for other tasks, such as calibrating, brewing, or filtering? With the same regard and pride in growing the company? Even if a close friend, family member, etc. Thats unacceptable.....

That vial with the bad crimp job is the same one that was half filled. It most likely leaked. We were in a rush to get that order out because it was Christmas Eve (IIRC). I agree that vial should have not gone out and we are happy to make it right with the customer.

You've been here long enough to know that no one is going to vouch for them, and even if someone did, you should ask yourself, why?

You read the thread. You saw that his communication stinks, he closes his eyes when filling and crimping vials and he takes orders on out of stock items, which resulted in a rush job, leaky, quarter filled vial.

On the other hand, he has yet to take the money and run and there's been no reports of infections or floaters.

That's the gist of it. Your choice from here on out.
