First run ever on primo. About 6 weeks in or so. Started at 450 a week then up to 600 and now last 5 weeks will be at 750.

Also last pack arrived ASAP as always.

Well this is suppose to be my cruise lol.
So I’m on 200 a week test e. I came off
Tren a mast p about 3 weeks ago. It could all be in my head but i swear gives me a nice hard look. I like it. It does have a little pip but I been cutting it with grape seed oil this week and it’s much better now

And truthfully my diet is great during the day at work but when I get home I fail. I’ve fallen in love with cereal at night

I saw the endocrinologist 2 weeks ago. Blood sugar has dropped from 7.9 in January to 6.3. Doc thinks in 6 moths I’ll be off the pills or on less a day.

Thank you for asking i appreciate it. I’m not sure what happen but it’s gotten better so fast it’s crazy

I had noticed in another thread where you had posted about your levels coming back great. That's awesome. You are one hardcore fucker. Year round ripped the fuck up.

Dont think of a good break every now and again as a failure. You are 26 years old. You have plenty of time. Take care of those joints.

People if that doesn’t happen in the next year I’m shooting for a masters national snow for 40 and up. Trying to really trying to get my legs up first

Good man. I say it all the time Meso is great.

But the dieting and stuff kinda comes easy to me. I’ve always had really bad ocd since I was kid. So I tell people bodybuilding is the perfect ocd sport. Sets, rep, same meals over and over. Trust me I hate eating it but mon-Thursday not even during a show prep I eat the exact food 6 meals a day. All weighed measured and at the same times but Friday-sun I do enjoy myself. I just had brownie and ice cream a few min ago. Cause people do you ever eat bad. Umm yea all weekend almst lol

Man! It started as Cheerio they are good for you no biggie, then it went to fruity Cheerios, then it went to fruit loops and now my new one is lucky charms Frosted Flakes if you haven’t had. You should it’s great

Meh, no probs on the cereal addiction, Rich Piana use to eat Ben & Jerry's every night, right babe?

What does your diet consist of on the 6 meals mon- Fri? Curious never see you in the food thread.

1# 2 yolk 6 white omelet with spinach and either turkey sausage or lunch meet sometime. 1/4 cup cream of rice. With 1 scoop almond butter. Cream of rice is my go to. I don’t even do oats anymore less bloated

2# 2 scoops whey 1/4 cup cream rice and 1 scoop almond butter

3# 7 oz chicken 1 cup rice and green beans
With some almonds

4# 7 oz steak 1 cup rice and grean beans

Intra workout I take karboyln or glycojet for extra carbs and I like the taste during my workout

1 scoop whey post workout

5# 7 oz chicken 1 cup of rice and green beans

#6 before bed almonds and some 4 egg whites

Then the cereal monster takes over.

You know when my blood sugar was high, before bed I was eating a pack of rice cakes a whole pack is it 14 I think and peanut butter on all them before bed. Idk if that caused a problem but I did it for months and once I stoped that stuff starting getting better. I’m no doc but the numbers don’t lie and my endocrinologist is actually this really old nerdy guy but straight up. He knows I’m on juice he asked of course and if I take hgh. I told him all the other docs wanted to blame it on Steriods. His words were Steriods do not cause diabetes and actually testosterone lowers your blood sugar. That’s what he said
 
Two bowls of lucky charms and bluebell cookie cake ice cream .. woke up Last night at 11:30 thought I slept 7 hrs..I’m a stress eater .. had a lot on my mind ..
