Was he even taking orders four or five weeks ago? I don’t know that he was. Are you 100% sure it went to the right email address? In the past any halfway decent UGL has had imposters making proton accounts that are similar to the real one in the hopes that they can snake a few orders from the typos that inevitably happen. Really hoping that isn’t the case and instead you have an order that just slipped through the cracks.

Probably, yeah. But in the meantime the only thing this gentleman can do is double check the email address on the order and make sure that he’s in the clear. Once he knows that for sure then he can assume that it’s a mistake on Stan’s end and work toward getting the situation resolved.

I copied the email address from this thread, but I actually started considering the imposter scenario last week, and went back to confirm that I emailed the correct address. Thankfully, that was not the problem.

@Stanfordpharma1 responded to my inquiry a couple of hours ago. It appears the orders did indeed "slip through the cracks" and he is working towards a resolution, which is more or less what I was expecting.

While this doesn't happen often, I have seen this a number of times over the years where customers packs were missed. In fact, a guy posted on Feb 9th about his also falling thru. Do you not have a system in place to track customers orders paid to shipped? This shouldn't be happening, period.

I can track, but there are many factors that can add to the reasons why we would/could miss a pack. Really don't want to go into any reasons why because it would only sound like I'm pointing a finger at email guy, customer or myself. Let me just say I'll accept full responsibility and make things more than right.
