Got it. Alright, guess I'll make some on its own. I thought maybe it was a pip thing. I tried half a ml and absolutely no pip, but it's a toy-o-lay (french) thing.

That's the first I hear of that. I've used B12 a lot over the past few years and inositol periodically. Never had an issue like you're describing. But we all experience sides somewhat differently.

I get zero side effects from most drugs. But Inositol is evidently the exception. Add that to B12, which has given me issues seemingly randomly before, and I’m picturing a very bad afternoon.

@Stanfordpharma1 recommends to cycle off and on while taking it so your body does that adapt to quickly do it.

For myself, I am ultra sensitive to the dragonsblood, but this is my first time ever taking anything like albuterol or clen. I take it every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for two weeks and then I cycle off for a week and then start over..

for me, I went with a relatively small dose as Stan recommended I was taking about 6iu (less than most) and finally have built myself up to 10iu.

Looks really good, and looks like u respond pretty well to test. So hopefully this will dispell some of the oh ur numbers look low for that dosage shit, as we can tell bloods are greatly dependent on the persons response. And for only two weeks in pretty good numbers might even go up in another two to three weeks. Keep us posted on ur progress and cycle. You should document it with some before and after pics...

Anyone else tried the semaglutide? This is my first time ever reconstituting something, and I read (from txhero on the last page) that you have to be careful when injecting the BAC water because the peptides are delicate. But it seems like there is a vacuum in the vials because when I put the needle in the water shoots out like a fire hydrant lol. I hope I didnt degrade the peptides. Just wondering if this is normal

You want to aim the needle towards the side wall and not straight down at the peptide. Also I pinch the plunger between my fingers so I can control how fast it sucks in. You obviously don’t need to push it in so you can just pinch the plunger at the base of the syringe when you insert it into the vial so you can control the flow.

You can eliminate that vacuum before you put the water in, by stove piping it. Take the plunger out of the syringe, and push it through the top. It makes it way easier to control when you reconstitute, and also makes drawing for injection easier, and you don’t have to inject air, each time to speed up the draw.

Jano disproved some of that rough handling of HGH, at least, as far as causing degradation. Not sure if that applies to everything, so I’m still fairly careful, but I also don’t worry as much about messing something up by hitting the puck with water, or shaking the vial.
