I did 1.7. I've only did sema once before from a different very reliable source and the sides were brutal. I decided to try again with Stans and so far I haven't had any of the nasty sides, fingers crossed since I'm only on week two. Last time they started immediately.. I'm guessing it's my body and not so much the product, but worth noting.

I'm curious to see if you still have the appetite suppression without the sides. I used up my last bit of sema a couple of weeks ago and I'm back to eating like a mule again.

The plan is to go a few more weeks without it to hopefully reset my tolerance, since 1mg a week can get pricey real fast.

Yeah I do. I don't really feel hungry at all eating about 1800 calories.
I only made it four weeks the first time and threw away 4mg's. I was constantly nauseous, non stop sulfur burps, occasional vomiting. I could barely get down 1300 calories and had to use shakes to get any protein.
I think my body adjusted because I have none of that and have no problem eating my protein in solid food mainly chicken breast. Only thing is maybe my bowel movements have slowed down.
Again I think it's me because both sources are as good as they get. I've never been over 250 a week. I think Stans comes out to 242 or something a week but I can't imagine that having much impact. I probably had a two month break in between usage.

My wife and I were both using Stan’s sema and I was also stacking with tirz.

She had way more side effects than i did, which I thought was the Tirz. But week 6 I was out of tirz so went up to .5 sema on its own and still didn’t get sides.

I didn’t take another dose this week since I’m ending cut and slowly increasing calories towards maintenance. I’ve been ravenous the last few days even with calorie increase.

in retrospect could have done a last dose while slowly bringing calories up but I’m starting my bulk soon and didn’t want any left over in my system. Just letting body get back to normal so I’ll survive a few extra days of hunger.

Give Tirzepatide a try next if you can. Less sides, works as well or better (for my wife) than Sema. Stan does a great job in this community!

For my it band I did two months. My knee I just started about two weeks ago. In both cases the pain was gone in a couple days. The TB500 I don't remember but it was three or four days a week. It's been a while and it's in an old planner, somewhere.

Bout to run 8 weeks of 750mcg/day BPC and 5mg/week TB thank you for your feedback

This is profoundly stupid and a waste of expensive drugs. They’re not steroids, you don’t get additional benefits by stacking them together. Tirzepatide on its own will do more than semaglutide ever could and it’s not even particularly close.

Actually there’s some anecdotal reports that stacking them allows you to use a lower dose of each. Check out the Tirzepatide community on Reddit.
It was also cheaper because Stan sells Sema pretty cheap. So I used one vial of tirz and shared 3 vials of sema with my wife (which she’s still using).

Just going up in Tirz would almost certainly have also been effective but a second vial would have been more expensive. The main reason I tried it was because I wasn’t getting the hunger suppression on Tirz my wife was on Sema. So I did some research and gave it a shot. Hunger suppression kicked in morning after adding in sema the previous night.

Starting weight was 225lbs on August 8th when Stan’s package arrived.
Thursday Sep 21st weigh in was 200.6lbs. I’m sure the first 3-4lbs was water weight from the HGH, glycogen stores, etc, but overall was a very successful cut and mentally was very easy.

I’ll use them again in the spring.

Ever considered carrying epitalon? Fountain of youth peptide. I don't think another UGL does either.

IIRC Tirz works harder on GIP rather than GLP, while Sema is stronger via GLP, so hypothetically, stacking them together wouldn't be a waste. I believe there's also anecdotal reports in the GLP-1 thread here on MESO doing the aforementioned along with stacking either or with Metformin. Just some food for thought.
