Agreed. There are people who feel like shit at elevated ferritin. Just a fucking up situation I am in btw.Donating is temporary. Doing it “a lot” is a pretty bad idea because you’ll destroy your ferritin levels and that will be much worse than having normal HCT. For whatever reason there’s a corner of the trt/steroid using world that thinks HCT that’s slightly higher is something that requires 18th century bloodletting to fix and for the life of me I don’t know where this idea comes from or why it persists.
The more testosterone I take in. The higher my platelets to. My hgb is still 14.5 while my platelets rose to 680 on blast. I'm still waiting for it to start going on a downward trend. It's a little closer crazy. It runs alongside dose increases.
I am going to try to increase fats from plant sources. The only thing that I have found is that arachidonic acid is the precursor to making platelets. 90% of my fats come from animal.(or did).
If I cant figure this out. My max test I may be willing to do is 600 a week. Also started a daily aspirin.
I thought about blood disorders but my hgb should definitely rise granted this substances have been used for leukemia.
It's not just stand either. Happened with pharma
