A common dose for a man would be 4 to 5 mg. It's dosed at 10mg per ml. For a woman i would try out about 3 mg, but i always recommend trying that on a day off as exercise will exacerbate the stimulants affect. Doing too much stimulant and jumping on the treadmill compounds the effect.

I'll will try and clear some things up the best my integrity will alow. What i mean by that is, i don't discuss personal information about anybody ever. I've been in contact with a few people. People have said a few things about other people. You can read others comments and figure out what i mean from those. I don't have any first hand knowledge of anything that may have happened, but i feel i must say this again and i may sound like a broken record. I don't have anybody working with me that can speak for me or that sell for me. Anything sold from someone else would have been bought from me and then resold. This is not one or 2 people. It's very common. I don't like talking about it, but i feel i must. If someone buys a large order i can guess that they aren't just buying for their personal use. Anyways, that being said, if anyone has taken monies from a potential customer as a reseller and has stated that i burned them I'm sure you can guess that it wasn't me that burned them. I've been around for many years. Many more than just the beginning of this thread. This thread is not moderated as we all know. Anyone that has any complaints about me or SP are certainly free to voice those complaints here and i would be the first the admit if that person wasn't treated right. I guess what I'm saying is that i can't control anything after I've completed my end of a transaction. The reputation of SP means the world to me and I've always wanted to build a legacy to be remembered. My health tarnished that, but that is what it is.


Now, on to the issue about a member that has recently posted and is being accused of, and seemingly admitting, to a few transgressions. I can't comment on anything that happened as i don't have any first hand knowledge. Nor would i comment on personal info anyways. All I'm going to say is i truly think of this person as more than a friend. Although I've never met anyone from the internet in person ever i can say this person is as close to me on a personal level, imo as anyone I've ever (not, lol) met. I sincerely hope this person finds true north again because i know this person has a good heart. Sounds like this person really f'd up. Prayers to you, my friend. Not just for you, but also those around you that love you. They also need a little love. Don't anybody outside of this take this as me endorsing this person or asking you to forgive. That's all for you to work out on your own.


I must add that any emails or pm's or any type of communication from any members are NEVER discussed with others. Actually, other than from those that are expecting it. There are a few people that know eachother and may discuss about things back and forth, but outside of that just know your privacy is kept whether you request it or not. Alright, I'm gonna shut up now.


Full disclosure. I've had a very rough past few days. Have a few packs that are running a bit late. Sorry, my friends. I will get my butt back to it and get things back on track. Not too far behind, but not breaking any records this week, that's for sure. Not proof reading this. Too tired. I'm sure there's a lot of errors.

Sp known u for a long time and u have always been good man ..... me u and the person is question have talked a lot over the years and he’s definitely a good dude that I my self call a friend he will fix this as he should ... you always took care of me and I’ll always respect u for that ....

And @Kim i know ur upset rightfully so but I believe he will take care of u and also he may have been in trouble for the things u are saying but ur also talking to a man that fought for our country 5 times I believe and seen many of his close friends die in war I’m sure that has been hard to deal with not making excuses but he was not always who is now he will get help I’m sure ... before the war he had never been in Troble ever

I wish brother u wouldn’t believe the bullshit Iv put my self thru this last year and a half man .... go figure I be clean and still ruin my life and everone eles around me but everything is good now man and I cleaned up my bullshit and manned up
