Holy pain in my quad fuckers!! I had a real clean 2ml injection in my upper quad on Sunday...little to no pip. First time in years I hit my quad, did cause a few of you fools were chatting it up a while ago. This morning, popped another 2ml on the other side, and I’m already fucking crippled!! Lol, I’m fucking pathetic...I spent a little too much time in the quad, maybe shook a little...god damn, feels like death when I squat down for anything. Y’all say a little prayer to the pip gods so I can get out of bed tomorrow!!
Yeah 2 weeks ago, I did 3ml in my right quad on Monday and it felt perfect. I took 1ml in my left of primo 200 EO and had to go to the doctor because 2 weeks I couldn’t even bend it. You get your confidence up then just like that your world comes crashing down! Turns out I went too high on my left quad and hit a nerve or tendon. I love quads but every now and again you pay the piper. I have never had one like that though. I swore I never would touch a needle again and thought my life was ending. It was crippling pain. It usually last exactly 2 days after but never 2 fuckin weeks. Use a heating pad and ibuprofen

Hey man, Question for you since you’re the vitamin and supplement guru. sometimes, especially on a blast, I get muscle cramps in my legs, they can be quite debilitating and sometimes they lock up and it’s extremely painful. Last blast I could hardly do cardio, about five or 10 minutes in I would get horrible cramps and pain in my leg muscles making cardio impossible. From what I can gather it might be a magnesium thing possibly potassium. Taking those two minerals in pill form in the past did seem to help somewhat. So to get to my questions, are you familiar with those symptoms from AAS? Does this sound like it might be a magnesium thing, or possibly potassium? And if so, if you could recommend a regimen to prevent or treat it, thanks much appreciated.

This is more than likely more towards the magnesium issue than potassium.

One simple thing you can do is get a vitamin and mineral test done. It’s about 150$ bucks without insurance.

You can determine your levels, but make sure your doctor gives you the report and doesn’t just tell you that everything looks goood. Because remember they enjoy basing everything on the low end of normal not optimal levels.

Knowing that magnesium is a very important mineral and very important for the nervous system, then adding in high intensity, over demanding workouts really deplete this mineral that most humans are short or are already defencient doesn’t help the cause.

If it were me and I didn’t want to get a vitamin and mineral test I would start off with just magnesium and use it topical at 600mg per night before bed time.

Then I would track my potassium intake for the course of one week and take the average of how much I consumed each day. If you aren’t averaging around 4.5-5grams per day, then you either need to supplement or add in more foods that contain potassium.

Fairlife milk has a solid amount of potassium, especially if you drink 1 liter per day.

Hope this helps brother.

I’m really hoping for 2 days...I’m icing and stretching. Advil and CBD on hand too...I swear, one bad quad pin can make you swear them off forever! My glutes needed a break tho...

I mentioned CBD in my last post, and I want to emphasize the benefits.

I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck that was a result of many years of grappling. It would flare up mainly while sitting still...my right shoulder down to my forearm would throb with pain. The chiropractor was my only relief, along with laying off grappling and any stress from exercising my upper body.

Enter a simple Vape pen with CBD about a month ago. It’s completely relieved the pain. I’m lifting lightly, with heavy cardio and it’s been a gift. I’m off Advil, and I have nothing other than a few puffs of CBD throughout the day to credit my pain relief.

It’s completely legal, my wife picked this stuff up from a smoke shop down the road. If you’re in pain like I was, please do yourself a favor and give CBD a try. It’s not going to get you high in any way. It will relax you, and alleviate pain. Give it a try.

Ice is not good for it at this point. Ice is great for injuries when they happen and you’re trying to stop or restrict blood flow to reduce swelling. Heating will help blood flow and heal it faster. Yeah I had a bad delt injection one time and couldn’t train for 7 days so I have never used them again.

There is a place I order from that sells cbd oil you can use it sublingual or Vape it. I use it sublingual. They have a website but it’s not on there for some reason so I just call them and get it in like 2 days.

I know they ship it everywhere. If anyone wants the name you can pm me.

Cbd does wonders for many things. My mom has copd and emphazema and could hardly walk. I gave her a bottle of this 4x strength cbd and she walks freely now and only takes half the dosage of medicine she used to.

Am I the only one that KINDA likes the taste of the SPs liquid solutions lol? I've only had the dbol and cialis but I didn't think they were THAT bad. The cialis tastes EXACTLY like iron dragons liquid cialis used to taste.

I was thinking the same thing. I rather like the sweet, alcoholy taste of sp liquids. I had RC products in the past that tasted like straight moth balls and herpes puss, so Sp liquids pale in comparison to that.

Brother from another mother-- I think the liquid Cialis is fine as is as well.

Man we need an "ask Roger Rabbit" thread lol! For real though I enjoy reading your posts you can tell you enjoy researching and I'd be willing to bet it's something you kinda get ocd-ish about yourself.

Yeah I’ve heard does wonders, what are your thoughts on cbd on drug tests? I’ve heard mixed reports, but the consensus seems to be that the grade of CBD that you use determines whether it will pop positive. I’ve had interest in trying it for a while now, but I cannot do so if there’s any chance of positive drug screen

When you purchase cbd you want to ensure you ask for the test reports showing that their is ZERO thc and they are in accordance with the law.

If the company you purchase from cannot provide these reports then you need to walk away and find a reputable retailer.

Unless you live in a state where recreational thc is allowed and you are in accordance with your work policy do not take a chance on some fly by night cbd company.

All cbd is not equal, and the way the product is made is like buying Walmart shoes versus some nike shoes.
