i run equipoise year round and love it,,,,keeps u lean and vascular with very little sides
Mast and Primo do same also for me, they just cost more
I agree with the writing shit down part. It has helped me stay honest with myself with how much I'm eating. I've gotten away from it this past month and it shows. I'm started tracking everything again.I hate to say this but here it goes. I've done prep bulking numorios time what you see on social media is not always true. And there alot of factors they play in to this. One you can build a house with shit or build a house that is strong. 2 it can depend your type Endo ecto meso. Some people can handle once a week cheats or should I say going over calories in order to keep there metabolism going some can ever two week and some every month. Then you have the GH factor where you can eat and have a metabolism of a teen. But still hence how do you want to build your house. Me I'd rather eat a slap of steak clean over Cal's. But also you have social media those pics are not always what you think in the off season body builders can look pretty plump. But stay about 10 % or a bit under but can get ready in a month or so and some models in a week or so. I stay anywhere between 10 to 7% I'd rather stay in a low digit range that's less work for later when it's closer to a shoot or show time. You have to know your body and that's a years worth of figuring out what works for you. Hell I'm still learning. Best advice is write out every thing you do on your diet and learn your body because everyone is different. Also it never hurts to get a coach that has worked with lots of athletes.
I am on hrt so I run test year around.. and I maintain Eq at 300 mg and just keeps me vascular and lean
I have a few buddies that are really serious about bodybuilding and have abs year round. They post a lot of cheat meals on Facebook and make it seem like they hardly diet on social media. In reality that is only 1% of their life. The other 99% they're never missing workouts, always push themselves harder and harder, and weigh out all of their meals to the gram.

I agree genetics play a huge role just like nutrition.Ever seen pics of Callum when he was a wee little lad? He was a skinny guy. His genetics play a huge role in it, but that doesn't mean he is lazy.
He's pretty spot on with his nutrition as well.
Low dose of test and some masteron is a good was way to stay cut all year long and cruise. It works for me whenever I take out my deca and tren out my cycleS and make sure to eat clean.
