Staying lean year around possible?

Looking to role with this. What are your dosages?
My bad on the late response.The dosages I use for cruising year round is test cyp 250mg once a week and the masteron 200mg once a week. The masteron you can do 100mg if you think 200mg is a bit too much for cruising. I never have any issues cruising on them two plus the advantage I'm always pretty lean as long as I'm eating clean and I'm really vascular. I never have to worry about losing muscle or strength when I cruise. You can always take out the masteron and just do test cyp 250mgs a week. Hit me up if you have any other questions.

Lol, a 100mg of Masteron isn't going to do anything!!
 
a cruise is taking just enough test to keep your test at a normal level
125mg to 175mg a week will do that.
250mg of test and 200mg of mast is a cycle, it defeats the purpose of doing a cruise which is to give your system a rest, you might as well up it a bit and just do a real cycle year round.

I seriously thinks it's just genetics. A lot of guys train just as hard as I do; some harder, yet do not appear as lean as I do; even while bulk.

Your right it's all about genetics and diet. I have good genetics and never have had a problem like some other guys I work out with. Some of us are just gifted like that.
 
There are some mr.o competitors that get bloated as all hell in the off season too, including phil heath. He doesn't get fat by any means but he does carry around a lot of water and has a shit ton of bloat. Have you ever seen him guest pose? Now personally i have to watch my diet strictly because if i start eating whatever i want i start to blow up. My genetics are like a cross between endo and meso. I get strong as all hell and i can put on a shit ton of mass in a short amount of time. Cutting however requires me to be very strict with my diet and put my cardio in. I stay about 10 12 percent in the off season by just doing a little cardio 3 times a week and watching my diet.
 
Some Scientists have discovered a protein (slr11) that helps in maintaining stored fat. Now they are figuring out a way to inhibit slr11.

The var and proviron are great for cutting. Let me know how everything goes.
 
It's an unnecessary planning and logistical complication. Use the (slightly) longer ester testC for more stable blood levels on cruise.

Test c is my trt dose from the doc.

I was watching dr Todd lee mention that test c is 60% absorbed/pure while test e is a better choice at 70%.

Like everything it's individual and opinions are like assholes. Everyone has one.
 
Being lean all year round isn't for everybody.

Most of the time it's genetics. Other times it's a strict diet.

Sometimes it both.

I'll tell everybody here right now full transparency I havnt done a core workout in about 3 months.

Stomach is still shredded.

TestC is 69% testosterone vs ester weight, testE is 70% testosterone vs ester weight. The point of TRT is to keep a steady testosterone level in the physiological range, not to maximize it.

Hey guys been watching some YouTube videos of late and noticed ppl like Calum von moger stay pretty lean year round and still build muscle! I'm cutting atm and seeing my abs again! Tbh next bulk I want to stay lean! Just asking what them dudes do? Just diet/cardio or something with drugs?
At the end of the day I just wanna be ripped and huge Lol

3 ECA
4 maybe even DNP for some

Be aware that I'm just answering your question on what this guys use.
Not saying it's healthy or advisable, especially for #4
 
The athlean x guy. I always wondered how he stays so shredded all year round. And with enough energy to do what he does for a living.

When you look at him he's so mean his eyes look sunk in.

Anyway, I assumed it was t3, hgh and maybe low dose test. But who knows.
