Dear all,
Probably post like this is the most frequent one but as most of the beginners I am quite confussed about what, how to take
During last 4-5 years I have lost 42kg in total while exercising and dieting. This has lead to good post-weight loss body i.e. no stretch mark and I consider myself being quite athletic right now
Height: 185cm
Weight: 79kg
Body fat: around 9%
Age:28
I eat very healthy right now while respecting my TDEE of 3000kcal based on my preference to maintain this weight while getting lean muscles. My macros are set to approximately 50% carbs (vast majority complex carbs), 30% proteins (or 2-2.2g per kg) and 20% of fat.
I exercise at least 4 times a week i.e. performing weight trainings.
Out of the supplements I am using Whey and Dextrose as post workout supplements and pre and during workout I take BCAA. Furthermore I take Omega 3 pills.
Since my goal is to maintain body weight and achieve lean muscles i.e. more lean look of my already shaped body I was thinking that ideal solution for me is to take Anavar. That would be my 1st ever cycle. Was informing myself a lot and I am quite attracted with its mild impact on the liver and very limited side effects if consumed properly
My consumtion would be 50mg per day during 6 weeks
Could you please advise me on if i have choosen correct steroid for my objective? Is my planned dosage correctly planned?
