You about to run your 1st?
No I’m on my second of gear, but I want to cruise after that.
Some may say I’m on a cruise already at test E 300mg/wk. lol
I front loaded this with dbol.
My first cycle was 600mg/wk for 10 weeks.
But between that cycle and this one, I’ve made drastic changes to my diet.
 
One pin of sust E10D was my first experience with AAS. I was 22. 20yrs ago lol. 8 total, no pct, no ai. It worked very well for me. I was 195 at the start ended up a solid 205-210, Im 6'. A buddy had everything. $20 each time and he pinned me. Lol It was on after that! I used EliteFitness.com forum. Got scammed on my first order by someone called Tiger Fitness. Lol Then I found a few solid sources. As a matter of fact one is still around. Things were looking good for me, but I started ordering Nubain, then ghb, then more drugs, then meth and coke. Everything went to shit. True story.

I did actually. I waited for the bulk of my higher doses to diminish and blasted hcg for two weeks. I’ll probably blast it again at the end of my cruise
Ok. I got 5000iu and 20ml of bacteriostatic water, unmixed so far.
I will use it after the orals, are finished up, and I transition to Sust at my cruise dose.

Look up Dr. Scallys power PCT and how he suggests using HCG. That’s how I run it and since I don’t run any nolvadex or clomid I just wait a few weeks for levels to drop. Now I’m no pro by any means. I just do this bc it works for me thus far. I’m sure a lot would disagree. Some may agree. Fuck I dunno haha.

Didn’t keep track of weights this evening I left my phone in my truck. Just know I hit inside all my rep ranges and maybe 4 sets total we’re taken to complete failure this workout. Next week is another deload and my body surely can use it. Today I really felt it everything felt fucking heavy. With work on top of it this week has kicked my ass along side of the south Florida heat.

Strayed away from PHAT this morning and just went at it. My body is beat down again and time for another deload next week.

My top set of Smith squats was an accident. It was supposed to be 245x12 but I wasn’t all there and slapped on 25’s instead of 10’s and didn’t realize it until I was ass to grass. Then my first thought was either be a pussy and change the weight or let’s grind this shit out and that I did. Could have probably got 12 but I wasn’t aiming for failure. Just solid reps and time under tension.
 
Made a change starting this week. The PHAT Program is great but as of recent it’s just really taxing my body on top of my day job so I’ve opted to just pick up a 4day program and run with it for awhile. Of course it’s a Meadows program and I’ve chosen Doomsday to play around with. Let’s see what happens.
