Quick Update:

Mainly from work and being on my bike it’s been very very hard for my legs to recover properly. So I skipped a leg day last week and also skipped my power lower body day yesterday as well. Honestly they just need a break and my body is finally making that clear even after the deload. Today is an off day as well and tomorrow will start my 3 hypertrophy days.
I was wondering if I was the only one that had to take a few days off here and there lol. But it seems to do me pretty good. Hell I take 4 or 5 days off about every 12 weeks, if I’m being honest it’s usually about week 6 of the cycle, cause I’ve burned out. After reading some of the threads here, I might pull back some, the first few weeks, then ramp it up week 6, then when I burn out, try that deload, and see how I feel.

i plan on around week 8-9 taking 5 days or so off straight and just doing yoga during that time , end up returning to the weights feeling like hulk

Absolutely. It took me YEARS of not eating enough and training too frequently to finally figure out how benecial it is to rest and recover properly. After taking solid time off or even a good deload with some extra days off my first few workouts back are just intense. Nasty pumps. Everything just feels good moving it ya know. But my legs are at the point where they just need the extra time. I work construction and ride a street bike most days so my hamstrings are always working when I’m on that. But now that I got a truck again recovery should be back to normal shortly.

Normally I do the same thing. Everyone in awhile it’s either traditional deadlifts or SLDL that flares this up. Today my lower back is sore as all hell I absolutely stressed something too much. Luckily one I stopped and two it wasn’t worse. Should be fine in a day or so. I have sciatica as well so I’m sort of used to this
 
I’m trying. Have definitely been taking more rest days lately and giving my body a much needed break.

How have you been haven’t seen you around for awhile ??
Life hit me hard with some health complication many months ago(unrelated to gear). Havent been able to quite get back onto my feet in the gym yet but defiantly getting there soon. Trying to gain back that motivation after several months off and your thread is helping.

You logging your experience not only helps yourself but also all of us here, I cant be the only one. Keep killing this shit.

It helps me with accountability. No doubt about that. I went pretty hard the last year and my body is feeling it now. I definitely realize I wasn’t 1.eating enough and 2.resting enough. So right now I’m just starting to be a lot more mindful of both and how they both run parallel with my goals. Got about 4.5 months more of cruising then we will see what happens from there.

I know I could prob back track this thread, but just to make it easy, what was your cruise, length and gear used. And did you start with a cruise or did you just do a cycle, and then cruise from there?
I’m thinking of just doing a cruise. It seems once you find your sweet spot with gear and your Ai, it seems it would be better for the body with trt dose, than me out here trying 25 different combinations of gear at 50.

600mg test c week 1-16
1200mg Equipoise week 1-10
800mg equipoise week 11-16
Tbol 40mg/day week 1-6
NPP 600mg/wk week 8-16


Cruise dose is 200mg/wk Test C
Going to be a 6 month cruise.

Not sure what’s gonna happen after that...

Did you go straight from cycle to cruise without any type of pct?
And just wondering how you tapered your adex from cycle to cruise?
 
Yes went straight from cycle to cruise. Upon finishing my cycle I was at .5mg of adex eod. Kept at that for two weeks then dropped to e3d. For two more weeks and now I’m not taking any AI whatsoever on 200mg/wk of test cyp.
Boom I like that!

So will you pct at end of cruise?
And then blast, and cruise again?
