I was wondering if I was the only one that had to take a few days off here and there lol. But it seems to do me pretty good. Hell I take 4 or 5 days off about every 12 weeks, if I’m being honest it’s usually about week 6 of the cycle, cause I’ve burned out. After reading some of the threads here, I might pull back some, the first few weeks, then ramp it up week 6, then when I burn out, try that deload, and see how I feel.Quick Update:
Mainly from work and being on my bike it’s been very very hard for my legs to recover properly. So I skipped a leg day last week and also skipped my power lower body day yesterday as well. Honestly they just need a break and my body is finally making that clear even after the deload. Today is an off day as well and tomorrow will start my 3 hypertrophy days.
