Subbed- great start to the log! Keep up with it... I will be having that chicken this weekend

It was good eating for sure. I have about 8 more days of eating all the tasty stuff then I gotta clean it up. I'll definitely keep the log up. It will be nice to actually track my progress and stay accountable.

Do you plan on giving blood to help with high RBC count with the eq?

If so what's your protocol with that?

I've ran eq at 400 and 500 mg before and did not give blood but the more I read seems like more guys do


I have not done so in the past. I've never gone above 450mgs/w. Not saying I shouldn't have in the past but I have not.

I think it's about time to get this cycle running. I'm gonna do my best to hold out till Saturday but hey you never know shit happens. I'm gonna sit down and run through my stash and make a final decision on what the cycle is gonna be as far as dosages and timing. I know I'll be kicking off with test p and npp while waiting for test e and deca to kick in. About week 4-5 I'll add eq in and drop deca around week 10-12. Towards the end I'll finish out with some test p and tren a or something like that so there isn't a big wait on the pct start up and the eq will be out of my system. Got plenty of adex for during cycle. Probably gonna run .25 e3d and up it if needed. I have hcg for the last 8-10 weeks of cycle and lots of clomid and nolva (pharmacist). If anyone wants to throw some numbers out im always open to suggestions.

Just pinned 1.5cc test p 1cc npp. I'm gonna run this for about 4-6 weeks I'll start my long ester stuff in a couple weeks that way I'll still be running tp and NPP while the TE and deca kick in. Plus I have never ran this lab before so I can get a feel for the gear without anything else in me.

Lat pull downs and cable face pulls with rope. 10 reps of each with 45 sec breaks in between

10 supersets of cable rows and straight arm pull downs with 10 reps each

Preacher curl (machine) superseded with DB hammer curls 6 sets 10 reps each.

Bro ur flat bench #s are impressive . Hell ur deads and squats too . Ur a beast natty homie ! I got up to like 325 x 3 on my last cycle on the bench .. So deflated now after surgery and being natty . Got 275 x1 and felt like a punk

I appreciate the kind words man. I've been at this stuff none stop except a minor injury about 1.5-2 years ago with my back. Herniated one disk and have another protruding. They are my 2 lowest disks in my back and had me out for about 3 months. Other than that it's been non stop 5-7 days a week for damn close to a decade.

You'll get back man. You are by no means doin bad for coming off a surgery or any reason for that matter. When I came back off my injury 275 was the highest I could go and it was less than a hand full of reps.

I feel yah on the whole L4/ L5 disc thing I'm way fucke up down there too. Makes ur squat and dl #s even more impressive . Keep killing it big homie
