The above is a link to the post I made in Dyna's thread. It has links to federal court documents(pleas agreement is one of the doc's.) that are from Kyle Rooks(Tones) steroid distribution case.
It states clear as day that Rook was being released with the understanding that he was going to continue cooperating with the feds once released.
It spells out that he was going to be working for the feds and if he refused or was shown to be dishonest when questioned about different scenarios that the agreement/deal that had him releasing after Time Served could and would be deemed null and void.
That's the wild part of the entire Rook/Tone case. He was becoming a professional rat. Perhaps on the street but absolutely online as he knows his way around.
At the time I made that post I was also fucking with member cakedup who is better known around the Community as bigmills who is a shill and rep for whomever will give him and his buddy geargod free gear.
I found it odd that cakedup/bigmills showed up and registered with his alt handle within a couple of days of Dyna here on meso and was the person who referred member amtont to dyna who is still waiting to be refunded a few thousand dollars.
Bigmills was a close friend of Rook/Tone at ASF and I have a pm here from @Cakedup /bigmills claiming that Rook/Tone ratted him out but he was able to get out of trouble some how? He's lying unless he has never spoken about it on any board(ASF included).
I find nothing but posts from bigmills/caked up praising his old friend Tone. He was simply trying to throw me off his trail.
What I want sources to know is that if they served @NinjaTurtle007 , they took payment from Kyle Rook who was operating and ordering under the watchful eye of the Feds and when they shipped to ninjaturtle007 they shipped to a mail box controlled by either the FBI, DEA, or a US Postal Inspector. The gear is sitting in an evidence room.
Ninjaturtle007 was outed as Kyle Rook at ASF.
