I've made my research, and it's pretty much impossible to have a company like mine run in US legally. Otherwise I'd open a joint there long ago and reap the benefits of at least double the volume from my US clients, lol.
However, it's simply not possible legally. Nobody is going to make a big investment that a proper lab requires and then run a relatively low profit business that testing is. Selling AAS is even less risky while much higher profit from the start up in the US, so people who are well versed enough will just start an AAS lab, or bake meth or whatever. If the lab won't reach certain volume, it will never be profitable. Hell, I was running pretty much at a loss for the first few years.
Some might illegally use established labs for testing, but that's very limited. Once they start hitting any significant volume, shit starts going downhill. Apparently there was a californian lab long before my time that got fucked badly for testing AAS. ( I think
@Millard Baker mentioned it a few times, but my memory is foggy )
Some might start labs with very little investment, but those are going to be shit (looking at you, Xylia). Buying a shitty FTIR is not enough to run a proper lab, unfortunately, and he probably doesn't have balls to run another 'manufacturing' lab after being busted.
SIMEC, ChemTox and me are all in Europe operating legally, and yet we all are under tremendous legal pressure. Just importing anything that's a random bunch of chemicals without any MSDS into EU is like running a marathon in a dung. Not sure about Lab4Tox, because, somehow, I assume nobody in Poland gives a shit, as they are now accepting cash in mail, which is illegal pretty much anywhere in civilized world AFAIK. If shit hits the fan I'll just move back to Poland I guess.
Sorry, end of rant.
Cheers, peace, love and happiness.
