or you can just search the word list that’s what I do and look for the last post from
Sym and the list is usually there

Honestly, felt great, I ran it 100mg a day split; Balkan Brand.
Adding it while being on Tren def made things interesting.

Another reason I incorporated was as you could see my Estrogen Levels were in good range for such high Test Level Readings yet I have always been prone to gyno regardless. I don’t know all the workings but running the Provi at 100mg assisted with my usual flair ups and I ended dropping the Ralox.
Same thing for Caber, I would use it when needed but using p5p seemed to be sufficient as well.
