SymBiotics (U.S. domestic)

Hello everyone.
To say that I am humiliated and embarrassed would be an understatement.
While any contaminant inside one of my vials is sterile; it is still a contaminant and, therefore disgusting and unacceptable. I believe it very unlikely to be hair or any sort of biological matter since I do not have any hair; and I wear a mask, goggles, and isolation gown when filling vials.

Before I go any further: PLEASE DO NOT INJECT ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS VISIBLE SOLID MATTER CONTAMINANT.

Whether sterile or not, solid particulate matter will be recognized as a foreign body by your immune system; and this will cause problems. So, do not inject anything from a vial that has a visible contaminant.

Anyone who has a vial of my product that is unopened and has a foreign particle may receive his/her choice of a free reshipment of the desired product or an immediate refund in their choice of cryptocurrency (BTC or XMR). This does not apply to precipitated hormone that disappears with heat.

I believe I am certain of the source of these contaminants; and I believe it to be the autoclave wraps I used a couple of months ago.
I purchased vials in very large lots. They are clean, but not sterile; so I have to sterilize them myself. I believe that the 'floaters' are fibers from the autoclave sheets I purchased before my most recent box.
I noticed, toward the end of the box, that there were fibers (like lint) when I removed a sheet of sterilization wrap from the box.
When I noticed this, I discarded the whole lot and started using another box. I had no way to tell which vial trays had the wraps from the 'lint' box; but I discarded 28 trays that I thought would get rid of them all. I unfortunately did not stack them according to date or lot of wrappers; and this is my fault.
Unfortunately the clean vial trays will not fit under my hood; so they are transferred in open air. This could be another source of contamination and I will implement a strategy to prevent this.

I tell myself that I inspect every vial that I ship; but it is evident that I am doing a poor job of this.

In the end, I am 100% responsible for anything that is inside (or not inside) my vials; and I will do whatever is necessary to provide an amicable solution to this problem.

Again, I am truly sorry for this and I will be happy to do whichever option is chosen by the customer to correct this mistake.

I will not be able to accept orders until I inspect every vial again. I believe I will use a blacklight too to see if it helps.

I am very sorry.

same, this is my first issue. I’ve ordered from him before and it’s the first issue I’ve had. I’ve emailed him, and I’m sure he’ll get back to me as well as the forum with an explanation.

Yes I have been in contact with sym and he said he believed he knew what the issue was and when he logged back into meso he would explain everything. I have no doubt he is a standup guy, and he offered to make it right which I am happy about. It’s just unfortunate so many are coming forward now with a similar issue

Yeah it seems from his response that things will be made right. I will check my vials as soon as I return home. I will check either way but I am curious if he feels it was primarily MCT Products or GSO was potentially affected as well.

While ideally it will happen extremely infrequently, I do put stock in how a source handles issues when they do arise, so it is good to see a prompt explanation and resolution.

Don't have to deal with some ASF BS around here LOL.

Yeah I do appreciate how Sym has handled this entire situation. He responded to me promptly, and even though it is a pretty big screw up, his answer here does make me feel a little better. This is why I always check everything though at least to the best of my ability.

agreed. Sym got in touch with me promptly and looks like I will be taken care of. I will update everyone once I get a reship To replace the contaminated vials.

I agree 100%. I appreciate you and @Rival posting because it served as a good reminder to myself and everyone that no matter how many successful orders or how high regard you hold a source you should always check. I had stopped checking with Sym because I had multiple transactions that were good.

Glad it appears things are being made right. Yeah let everyone know once you get everything. To the best of my knowledge this is the first I have heard of this happening with Sym so hopefully it is just a one time thing.

I'm glad sym is making things right after his first slip with floaters.

However, if he now recalls seeing a issue with possible fibers, shouldn't he be even more careful to inspect his vials before shipping? He said it was months ago he bought the problem sheets but this doesn't excuse letting these, and probably more ship out. I personally expect a few more people to find floaters now as 2 or 3 have surfaced so far.

This brings back memories of gemstone and more recently greyscale, who was crucified over it. Everyone is going to feel differently and sym has had zero foreign object issues till now but I don't want to order from someone wondering if something other than oil is in my vials.

So it’s time to light it and burn? Get pokey?

I'll let each and everyone decide on that for theirselves. I know everyone makes mistakes but someone could have not inspected and pinned that junk. No excuse for not inspecting his vials before shipping.

And for everyone else reading, I've placed a number of orders, had product tested, bloodwork, etc. And I'm done with symbiotics after this.

Yeah sometimes I just sit and stare at them in Awe. The plan is to blast with them and then cruise with primo as well.

Deca is a staple too but more for joints nowadays.

Tren is king! Will also be ran with my primo cycle
You use primo on your blast and on your cruise? If you don’t mind me asking what do you run it at, and what benefits do you usually see from it, especially on a cruise?

Damn it @SymBiotics!!!

Floaters are just about the kiss of death. What’s the point of properly doses gear if it’s got foreign matter in it?

There are a couple things here that are concerning in your admission of wrongdoing. For one, why have a flow hood if the fucking autoclave trays don’t fit inside. It’s not exactly a flow hood then is it? You got too big and can’t handle the demand so you’ve been cutting corners filling vials outside of the flow hood for how long now? Tsk tsk

Then, you notice inferior wrappings. You pull that one out and notice lint-like shit gets dispersed. You tossed a few trays as a precaution but you didn’t toss ALL. That’s another shortcut. All of this because you got too big and couldn’t keep up.

We warned you of that back in your intro and vetting process. We tell every source that comes here that if they do things the correct way they will be overwhelmingly busy. And look what happened.

You had an out less than two weeks ago too. The “return to shipper” pack should have sent you private. But you’re not doing gods work here, friend, you’re raking in the bitcoins. That announcement of maybe going private of maybe taking only XMR sent demand skyrocketing. One final BIG haul and then you promised yourself you’d take it easy. How’d that go?

Sources are good until they go bad. You fucked up and cut corners. That’s how it usually goes. Now this was floaters in vials. But imagine if you cut corners on your drops. Hit the close ones a couple too many times. You could have been facing something worse for you than dirty gear.

This is over and done with. Read the Sasquatch thread. They found floaters, shut-down, refiltered everything and came back to hang on for a couple more months before disappearing permanently.

Make everyone whole and think about your next move. You could go out honest and free or you could continue on, make a couple costly mistakes and lose a lot more than you are prepared to lose.

Sym bitotics I know you gave this your all. It’s tough for one man to do all this shit especially with one hand as you had to do in the past months. While dirty gear is unacceptable I know good and well you gave everything you have into the quality of your products. That has been your reputation from the start of your journey. I put more faith in you as a source than anyone else still. This is a sign that you need to look for someone to help you brew. You are just overwhelmed man. I know you work diligently and care about our safety. I suggest taking a break and looking for someone to help you brew gear.

@Connor 25257 is lurking and reading these posts. He gave Sym’s post a “like”. He’s all flummoxed watching his beloved clearnet source begin to show cracks. Piss off back to the darknet Connor. Everyone knows clearnet sources have hair and shit in them.

LOL. Didn't you read Connors log? He already declared Syms test and deca bunk last week. 3.5 weeks in and he wasn't seeing the results. Nevermind diet and training.

Although as @cochino and @jJjburton mentioned it might be the test and tren that are bunk because 2 weeks ago he posted a thread saying Syms test and tren were bunk since he was 3 weeks into a cycle with them and didnt have any results.....
