View attachment 133127 View attachment 133128 View attachment 133129 Hey guys, I had a pack land recently from @SymBiotics and before I say anything I have to say I was very happy with the packaging. It was easily the best, and most secure packaging I have seen from a source.

However, when checking over the vials like I always do I noticed in a few of the NPP vials there was something floating in them. 1 vial had something pretty obviously in there, and the others it’s just 1 or 2 small black dots. I emailed sym to give him the heads up, and to let him know I would be posting this here. View attachment 133127 View attachment 133128

View attachment 133144 View attachment 133145 Guys, I just opened up my recent pack to double check for floaters from Sym on mine and have black specs floating as well in my test Cyp. @justanoob appreciate you posting that as that prompted me to inspect my recent order more closely..

Edit: literally floaters in every single vial of test Cyp and mast e @SymBiotics

It’s a habit of mine to always inspect the vials before I put them away. It’s unfortunate my case wasn’t an isolated incident but Sym did reach out to me and offer to make it right. He also said he would explain everything when he is back on meso.

Thanks for posting. This actually served as a good reminder to me as I did not inspect my last order very thoroughly as I have never had an issue with Sym in multiple orders. As @BigBaldBeardGuy says though you always have to be “on your guard” and check everytime.


It sounds like you have already been in touch with Sym and he is going to make things right but if it is any comfort to you the one time I had a minor issue he made things right very quickly.


I will be interested to hear his explanation and if this is isolated to certain products/compounds or is with all products from a certain timeframe. I will post what I find in inspection later.

I have always had good experiences with Sym and have found him to be a standup guy so hopefully this issue can get resolved quickly to everyone’s satisfaction and prevented from happening again.

Yes I have been in contact with sym and he said he believed he knew what the issue was and when he logged back into meso he would explain everything. I have no doubt he is a standup guy, and he offered to make it right which I am happy about. It’s just unfortunate so many are coming forward now with a similar issue

Which carrier / lot / batch of the MastE

there was no batch # on these unfortunately. My older ones has the “S” sticker with the batch # but not these. It was ordered recently. MCT is the carrier

Mast E/MCT lot#: DE004M
Test Cyp/MCT lot#: TC006M

There should be a lot # on the label at the bottom under the ingredients. DE004M I'm guessing.
