Wow. Ok thanks for your reply. I may have to think this through. Hopefully Sym will comment on the timeframe in which this occurred as @Johnny250 mentioned. It was not a small order to say the least and depending on the timeframe it could be multiple fairly large orders. Was stocking up before switch to Monero.

Would definitely appreciate others chiming in with their thoughts as well. I will admit it is a major personality flaw but I tend to be very forgiving and easy going. I would almost feel bad asking for reimbursement, but I know with health you cant take risks.

I have never had any problems with Sym in multiple orders so I need to give it some thought.

This shit its kind of creeping me out though.

I'm already breaking my last post statement in my last post but... I've never seen a source that fucked up this bad completely make everyone whole again money wise. To my knowledge it hasn't happened to date. Just think of all the money involved. Unless hes sitting on a mattress full of 20s most of that money is put up and isn't going the other way. I mean he cut corners out of greed what makes everyone think someone that made a mistake like that is willingly gonna eat all the time and cost of raws instead of just simply taking the money and rebranding? Its never happened before and I highly doubt that sym and his jesus loving ways are gonna part with the norm here today lol.

Just quite simply, from my experience, qaulity control issues (Wether it be in a kitchen, a construction site or a UGL) are systemic.

A one time mistake is just something i do not believe.

If it happens once, it can happened again.

Let me also post a disclaimer, I am NOT a brewer.... but I am VERY VERY VERY experienced when it comes to cleanliness and infectious/contamination control.
But I've been around the block a few times.
I've seen UGLS start to make a mistake, then it gets worse until they're DONE and brewing shit gear.

It's also my job,
Without revealing too much, I deal with micron sized contaminants... where people who are in similar situations as you, could die... just by breathing.

When there is a problem... its 9/10 methodology, not a one off mistake.
Not to say that those do not happened.. but it's just the norm.

I think a brewer is far more qualified to come up with specific qaulity control steps for the brewing/capping process.

All I'm trying to contribute to the situation is that SOMETHING should be done...

And I understand people love Sym...
But that doesnt mean that this wont happened again.

And God fucking forbid someone like you gets hurt (or worse)

Thanks a lot for the reply and insight. I think I was posting my reply as you were posting but I specifically chose Sym based on his replies to questions and his sterility as it is of the utmost importance to me.

This definitely has me fairly spooked as my cousins buddy essentially had chunks taken out of both his ass cheeks and he was not immune suppressed. He no longer lifts and it actually affects his day to day life in that he cant really walk normally at all. Kind of wobbles back and forth. Basically handicapped, sometimes uses a walker.

Need some time to comprehend everything as I am shocked.

Would like to know the time frame from Sym as I have a lot of product. I know it is a major flaw in myself but I would almost feel badly asking for a refund given that it is a lot of $ or product. I am concerned about the current products I have though.

Anyone who thinks guys like me are overreacting need to go and dig through some old threads on here and see what had happened to past members who injected contaminated bullshit like this. Whole chunks of ass cheeks cut out never to be returned, do you want a spoon ass?? I know I dont. One guy lost a large chunk of his quad muscle and luves with the deformity now. A couple guys have been hospitalized and one severely for a few weeks if I recall correctly. So yeah this is unforgivable and if anyone new shows up later and gets royally fucked up by injecting his shit it's on yalls heads who forgave this motherfucker and allowed him to get away with this one!

given that people are finding several different contaminants, not just one specific thing across multiple vials, i’d be hesitant to touch any of it. he stated that corners were cut due to the volume being produced and acknowledged “some processes may not have been sterile enough”
it is a loss and you should be refunded. psychologically, a replacement is going to feel like a freebie. having the money back in your wallet and having to make the conscious decision to order again is important

I really don’t know what to do. The vials that I got that looked clean, I inspected extremely well, for probably a longer time then most would have. Part of me wants to trust that they are fine, but after seeing all these replies idk what to think anymore

I will admit I am spooked as well. What does the consensus seem to be for people who have vials from the same time frame but no floaters or haven't checked them yet?

Is it justified to ask for a refund or reship once new sterility measures have been put in place or is that frowned upon/considered unethical?

I am trying to make a decision and would be interested in what the norm is in this type of situation.
