This whole situation showed me the power of this board. After reading 400 some pages, I decided I was comfortable enough to put an order in with Sym. After I had instructions on how to proceed with my order, I checked this thread one more time, and I logged in to see this whole floater/hair etc situation. I believe that was Friday maybe Saturday. Which saved me from moving forward with that order. Had to start over the process of finding somewhere I felt comfortable with again, but that actually wasn’t as hard as I thought. But the point is without with board I would of just proceeded with my order and who knows what could of happened. Appreciate everyone who came forward right away.

Hello everyone.
I am not completely sure of the reason for the angst regarding my not posting here since Saturday evening.
The last thing I read before logging off that day was a post by @BigBaldBeardGuy suggesting I take some time to design a strategy for correction. I considered that good advice and I have been working towards that.
Before any sort of plan for correction can begin; I must first isolate the problem to the best of my abilities. This process is occurring simultaneously with customer service through email. I will not conduct the business transactions on this open forum.
If I am missing some other thing that I need to type here before I have reached a decision for correction; please let me know.
If the general desire is for me to read comments and refute/react/respond in kind to aggressiveness-----you have the wrong guy for that. I generally attempt to use my time in ways that could contribute to forward progress; and arguing here would be truly counterproductive to that.

The only thing I know for certain about any of this is that the contents of the vials are sterile. No matter if someone posts a picture of a goldfish inside one of my vials; it will be a sterile goldfish. I say this because the vials were only open to air prior to being autoclaved. So contaminants entered in the non-sterile vial; and exited the autoclave as sterile unintended inclusions.

While I am working on resolution for this, I ask that you all please understand that i use the very same products as you all do. I don't make special items for myself or anything of the sort. I'm sure I don't use as much as some of you all; but I am still a part of the consumer population.

Also, I am unsure why it is necessary to curse me and/or call names. By this I mean: I have accepted full responsibility for all of this and I have arranged reparations and dealt with customer service all day. I have not left anyone in the cold and I am doing everything I can to get this taken care of.Basically, I am standing before you with my hat in my hand and repeating my apology---and you are still cursing me. I can't find the logic in that. I don't believe I can offer my blood over the internet; so if that is what is desired I do not believe satisfaction can be found. To my knowledge I have righted very wrong I have committed here and I have fixed problems that I didn't even create at times. I don't run from my mistakes and I don't make excuses.

If there is someone who contacted me and has not been satisfied by my response; then please post it here. Anyone who has contacted me and not received a reply will get a reply as soon as I can.

Someone suggested that I am still taking orders through email. I know for certain that this person has not contacted me because he would know that I activated my autoreply right after I logged off here on Saturday evening. I have not taken a single order since the weekend.

So, rather than reacting to aggression and speculation on the forum; I choose to investigate and formulate a plan. I will update here as soon as I know for certain that I am finished processing the information I am gathering.

I appreciate your patience while I work on a solution to this serious issue.

Hang in there man no ones perfect sources make mistakes it happens it’s human nature. Just learn and move forward making sure you learn and take something from the experience to better yourself and your craft to ensure you don’t run into the same problem down the road thanks for updating us!
