Since my thread on the nutrition forum didn't get any further, I'll twerk it a bit to fit it in here.
I was at 36% bodyfat in january, and now I'm currently at 22%. At the begining I was doing like 400kcal~600kcal of deficit, but for the last 3 months I increased the deficit to 1000~1300kcal. I started with 15mg of ephedrine sulfate 3 weeks ago, and this week I started 250mg of test e. I'm currently eating 1500kcal per day, but today I increased to 1800, but I don't know exactly if this is what I need. As I started the testosterone blast and the ephedrine, can I increase my calories to like 2400kcal and gain some lean mas while losing bodyfat, or is it better to stick to the heavy cut and bulk later? (I know I'll loose fat eating 2400kcal and taking testosterone, just not at the steep rate I was doing) What would you do in my situation? For some background, I have 6 years of lifting. In 2018 I was extremely overwheight and lost 32kg. During the pandemic I just stopped working out, got some mental health problems and gained 20kg of fat. I'll do blast and cruise. Currently at 83kg and 183cm.

Your calories are very low but if you can handle it id keep them there, at that high bf you can recomp easy. Keep the scale moving, maybe throw in tren at 200, hit fasted cardio in the AM with the ephedra and caffeine. You may become exhausted after a period of time, take a diet break for 10-15 days at maintenance calories, then repeat. Id do heavy intense low volume training. Less time in gym = more time for recovery (you'll need it at those calories) and more time for cardio. 8 or so sets to failure per part, bro split is what I like. Maybe a set of biceps on back day set of triceps on chest day.

Calculated with the Hodgdon-Beckett formula. Looking at the mirror, I would agree.

if you miswrote test, I'm already taking 250mg of enanthate, started last monday.

at that high bf you can recomp easy
do you think is possible to recomp with 1000+ kcal deficit with just 250mg of test? If so, I'll definitely continue cutting hard. I'll first just take a brake for the next 15 days.
 
not sure on that deficit id keep it regardless, your goal is to get lean then blow up and remain lean. I said add in 200mg tren, since your calories are so low, don't want muscle loss. your really now, I diet on 2400 and im 190
 
Maybe consider something like cardarine on top.
Not sure why people are suggesting throw more drugs ontop of everything.

No keep your calories at a deficit you can handle and even consider losing at slower pace.

at 1800 cals there isn’t much room to go down in calories you’re going to hit a wall eventually and will need to increase them.

increase the cardio and continue the cut. If you notice you’re getting exhausted then simply increase calories a bit.

If you’re losing it fast now just stay the course do not add tren or anything else. There is simply no need to throw drugs In for your type of weight loss.

I was supposed to quote the post about 200mg of tren, if he was going to consider anything. Why the fuck would anyone consider taking 200mg of tren just to lose some fat?

I'll increase to maintenance for 15 days, and then lower to 2000 cals/day.

I wont add any other drug. I don't think I'll need a dht derivative to control aromatization with just 250mg, and also I don't want to add 17aa, seems too risky for me.

Lifting PM
No carbs
Carbs pre workout mostly sugars add so many that you can go through your workout with decent pump
Good Carbs on post workout meal to replenish glycogen but don't iver do it use as little as possible

Cardio at fasted state
Increase your damn calories 2000-2500
Toss in T3 at 50mcg if you want to add something.
 
If you have bn in caloric deficit that long, I'd consider doing a formal carb cycling or fasting to get a little bit more. Or take a break from the drastic caloric deficit. At least throw in a couple cheat days. You have to change things up to loose quickly. And you can only be in such deficit for so long before loosing muscle becomes more apparent.

And it is very hard to gain muscle and loose fat at the same time. 1 requires extra calories and the other requires a deficit. It can be done but both will be at a slower rate.
