OK, So for the next 6-8 weeks I will be pinning 10mg MastP every 3 days. After 2 weeks I'll reassess and possibly go up to 15mg MastP every 3 days. Also running 1 i.u. hgh. I'm so excited!! This is a vanity run, just to see how shredded I can get. Currently I'm sitting at about 17% BF and will try to get to 15%. Current measurements:

Age: 49
5'1''
Weight 118 lbs
Neck 13.25''
Shoulders 17''
Bis unflexed and flexed 10''/12''
Chest 31''
Waist 25.5''
Hips 33''
Thigh 21''
Calf 13.25

Current 1 RM:
Bench 170
Squat 265
DL 240

@Geterdun and I will be running/logging together (His protocol is a little lengthier and longer than mine). Thank you to @GearGodess and @Eman for providing guidance and being there every step of the way - in advance!

I will post some "before" pics in the morning.

You are unreal Wendy very very impressed with your progress since you've been here on meso, usually I just lurk in the back but I want to be subd for this. Couple questions:
What's your macros and calories and TDEE?
What's your workout regime looking like now?
Any chance you have glute measurements done and forearms?
OHP 1rm?

Incredible stats though:cool:

I know Wendy will chime in as it's her thread but we have decided to keep her in caloric deficit, for now. We actually worked the last 8 weeks to get her bf down but keeping her strength with 500 cals under her maintenance as she wanted to lose more weight and fat. She's dropped just over 6% in just over 8 weeks. At first it was rough but we adjusted her numbers. Keep in mind, even though she's an active female, her age and stats played a huge role on the reasoning behind her numbers. We also found, and she got pretty awesome at it, that she benefits from higher fats and carb cycling. So carb cycling is going to be incorporated depending on her training schedule while on cycle.

Goal here as she mentioned is to get her as shredded as we can in the next 6-8 weeks... she wants more road maps [emoji6][emoji16]

Hmmmmm...glute measurement? Not sure how to do that. If you tell me how, I will try!

I just measured my forearm is 10''. I've never done OHP for anything other than hypertrophy....I'm not very strong at it..maybe 65-75 lb?

I'm still running the Layne Norton Program. It's my second time through and will probably look for something else after this next round. I'm getting a little beat up feeling.

Like GG said I've been at a deficit. And oh god was it hard at first. We calculated my maintenance when I started at about 124-125 to be about 1700 kcal and the deficit is 1243 cal. I've heard of carb cycling but this was the first time I've done it. I do not heart low carb days. But since I workout and do the the major lifts often I only have 2 of them, so it's doable. Plus, it's hard to argue with results. I thought 1243 was an insanely low number but committed to try it and I'll be damned if it didn't work. My strength has held through the deficit and I've felt limited maybe a couple of time by it, but not often. Especially since my body has adjusted. I know I'm not making leaps and bounds at this point but really wanted to lose some fat. I want to be strong, but I want to look good. And I really want to thank GG for helping me get my nutrition and macros sorted out. She and GTD not only gave direction but encouragement every step (and continue to do so).

I was just going to murk until the puppy pic. Now im all aboard.

Thanks for making another log. I know A LOT of female lurkers come in and use y'alls logs.
My favorite thing about her is her deformed pinky toe that doesn't touch the ground. And my little girl became a woman this weekend :oO Now I have to keep her sequestered until it passes!

I'm in for this. You will kill it Wendy!

When you are finished with the roadmap I will resume my attempt to convert you into a competitive powerlifter where you will top the nation in your age and weight class and set many National records.
I am in for that.....I may even spring for a coach...

You are a very natural lifter and you take direction now. You don't need a lot of coaching.

When the time comes a little on line coaching and a few trips down the road for some in person form tweaks and you will be more than set. Hard work and talent is a strong combination and you possess both.

Happened to my dog too... Holy shit what a pain in the ass that turned into. It occurred to me shortly before it happened that she was probably really close to old enough to get fixed. I was playing and wrestling around with her in the yard the next day and... Well, I'll let your imagination take it from there.

My imagination went to a dark dark place....[emoji15]

Awesome thanks for the full in, I think laynes program is a great fit for what you want. If you ever want a more powerlifting specific program you know the corner to go visit and I'm sure all the guys in the powerlifting thread shall help overwhelm you with ideas and you can pic from what you like on the layouts. As for glute measurements I did it with my girlfriend and it's basically use the tape measure and hold it level across just above your anterior quad at about 1.5" above the bottom of the pubic bone this will be the largest measurement around the glutes without measuring the quad in it as well, using circumference just like you do waist or hips.
