Taken care of. We have already had some very competent eyes watch Wendy lift in addition to mine. When the time comes we will have more. Being around a while you develop a network and it isn't hard to talk good coaches into helping someone with a world of talent.

Sounds like the app. accomplishes what used to take 3 hours worth of work at the bar on the weekends when I was playing that game.
 
I've been running 1 iu of HGH for 2-3 months now. Skipped the shot yesterday and today due to some aches in my knees. Worse at night. I'm sure it's not MastP related since I started experiencing this last week. May ease back in with 1/2 iu tomorrow.

Also had an unexpected rest day yesterday due to fatigue and fighting off a cold. So it was a high carb day on a rest day. I'm ok with this. Will make up the gym day today and keep this a high carb day too. Squat, bench and upper body hypertrophy day.

I know I just started my cycle but there is a previously scheduled cheat meal for tomorrow and that's s date I intend to keep. Been dreaming about an oyster poboy for a week now.

Looking forward to more calories at the end of next week when my macros will be adjusted upwards.

What a great way to start your cycle, already in shape. I think a lot of people let themselves go off cycle and spend half their cycle climbing out of a hole. Great job.
This should be a very productive cycle, cant wait to see where you end up.

2 kids showed up at my place on Halloween, I've always been use to 50-100 kids and give em a bunch each. Needless to say I won't be in a calorie deficit for quite some time now

We had 1 group of 3 kids. Luckily most of the candy is starburst type crap. The few snickers are in jeopardy though.

Ya I got 2x100 of the snickers, mars bars, crispy bars and twix. Currently there is no more twix left and the snickers are depleting fast... I keep telling myself it's just extra carbs for the following day workout then the next day I'm telling myself it's extra carbs to replenish from my workout. It's a vicious cycle

Luckily my husband is bulking. I came home the other day to 1 Reese's pb remaining from a bag that didn't even make it to Halloween. Usually this is irritating but it's sort of a relief now!
