In your dad's defense, those dog cookies do look very edible and I took a bite of one once. It was one of those gourmet cookies with the frosting in those special clear display cases. It was bland, not sugary like a human cookie. Lol.
Crazy nuts weekend. Still having trouble with diet. The weather has been crazy here which left me nauseated with a headache. Almost post cheatmeal feeling. Yesterday was a small cheat but I wasn't into it. I feel bloated and bleh. May have partially been due to babysitting my dad. My stepmom warned me he was getting worse so I was sort of scared to see him. But he wound up being only marginally worse. Took him to run errands. Took longer because he doesn't really know how to get in and out of the car intuitively anymore. Also took him to petco and he ate 3 dog treats [emoji15]. It really tickled me more than it should have. Lol. To be fair they do LOOK like cookies. Petco was nice enough not to charge us.
Ohhhhh the little things.
Got new work out gear so hopefully that will get me over this hump of feeling gross.

You are anything but gross. Sounds like a tough but at least somewhat humorous weekend. Hoping headache clears quickly.
I left 70 degrees and sunny Friday and returned to 20 degrees and snowing. It didn't make me feel gross but definitely a bit nauseated.
What training program are you going to run now after testing last week?

I would need to see exactly what the current programming looks like and what is being suggested in terms of other movements by the gym goers. Would also need to know where you plan on going with the diet (quiet @GearGodess I'm asking Wendy) as I already have some ideas of what I would like to see you do programming wise to increase your strength but most of them aren't likely to be successful if you are still going to be at a caloric deficit.

My 2nd husband used to always eat the dog treats at Petco. In the time we were married he also ate a cat, an iguana, emu, snake, possum, raccoon (i actually like raccoon), and who knows what else. He proly would have eaten a human given a chance.
