Teamwork WendyLifts Side Mast Run and Carb Cycling

Crazy nuts weekend. Still having trouble with diet. The weather has been crazy here which left me nauseated with a headache. Almost post cheatmeal feeling. Yesterday was a small cheat but I wasn't into it. I feel bloated and bleh. May have partially been due to babysitting my dad. My stepmom warned me he was getting worse so I was sort of scared to see him. But he wound up being only marginally worse. Took him to run errands. Took longer because he doesn't really know how to get in and out of the car intuitively anymore. Also took him to petco and he ate 3 dog treats [emoji15]. It really tickled me more than it should have. Lol. To be fair they do LOOK like cookies. Petco was nice enough not to charge us.

Ohhhhh the little things.

Got new work out gear so hopefully that will get me over this hump of feeling gross.

Hang in there, it will get better. At least you have new workout gear! That's something to look forward to. I love new workout stuff....especially when I can get it on a good sale. Score!

In your dad's defense, those dog cookies do look very edible and I took a bite of one once. It was one of those gourmet cookies with the frosting in those special clear display cases. It was bland, not sugary like a human cookie. Lol.

I left 70 degrees and sunny Friday and returned to 20 degrees and snowing. It didn't make me feel gross but definitely a bit nauseated.

I'm still on Layne's. I test every 4 weeks on his. It's a 12 week cycle. I thing I'm entering the overreaching mesocycle now. Idk if I will mix it up and try something new after I finish this time or not. I've heard as long as I'm making gains don't change anything but my gym folks are suggesting things not in the program. So I don't know if I'll try to blend them or go with something totally new. I just don't want to think. I just want to do. Because I am lazy. :)

I would need to see exactly what the current programming looks like and what is being suggested in terms of other movements by the gym goers. Would also need to know where you plan on going with the diet (quiet @GearGodess I'm asking Wendy) as I already have some ideas of what I would like to see you do programming wise to increase your strength but most of them aren't likely to be successful if you are still going to be at a caloric deficit.

I know I know. I can't bring myself to get on that scale. I've been bloated and full these past several days. Yesterday was 989 kcal because I wasn't hungry and felt bloated. Hell I look bloated. I'm trying to get myself back right before I step on it!

My 2nd husband used to always eat the dog treats at Petco. In the time we were married he also ate a cat, an iguana, emu, snake, possum, raccoon (i actually like raccoon), and who knows what else. He proly would have eaten a human given a chance.

So I think I know/have figured out - with @GearGodess's help - the reason behind the recent bloat/grossness. I had been off the HGH for about 3 weeks or so (I ran out). I started it back last week. I also upped the mast from 50mg/wk to 60mg/wk. I've slightly increased my cals but not nearly enough to see the scale jump up as much as it did. This morning I skipped the HGH pin and last night backed off to a 15 mg pin vs 20 mg. Clothes felt a little better on my body this morning but I'm not getting on that fucking scale again for a couple of days.....
