Good luck Wendy. Any numbers in mind for tomorrow?

Get me video on all three if you can.

It's calculated in the spreadsheet off AMRAPS for tomorrow. Squat 225 and I'm going to try for 12, bench 145 and I'm going to try for 6, deadlift 210 and I'm going for 6. I'm too cautious right now to do a true test and just load up the bar.....but then again I'm not in the gym yet....and I hate those AMRAPS. Lol.

I'll make sure to video everything!

I hate amrap sets as well. Those are huge numbers if you get anywhere close.

I don't mind the high rep sets squatting and benching but you may want to go a bit heavier and do no more than a triple pulling. I would prefer a double actually.

It is so hard to maintain good form pulling multiple reps that close to your max. Your making good progress improving your form on deads and it is easy to tweak something pulling close to your max for a bunch of reps. Just a thought.

Do amrap for squat and bench. Your form is solid on both and they don't put you at as much risk of injury anyway.

Let me know how you plan to work up on deads. I'm thinking a double for somewhere around 225 or 230.
 
Holy shit. I got up out of bed after 2 hrs of "sleep" last and had 1/2 a cookie to quell my outrage of the election. I guess I'm an emotional eater [emoji15] didn't sleep the rest of the night.

I think you killed it on your last test day with very little rest the night before. Sounds like a good omen to me.
 
Welp. Tested tonight. PR squat at 275 1RM. Failed to PR bench. Attempted 175. 170 remains my 1RM. Set 5 lb PR on deadlift with 1RM 245. I think I could have probably gone 250 but I was tired and hungry lol. I'm actually pleased to get any gains eating at this deficit. Wasn't sore this morning so the pain of last night's bootcamp didn't seem to have any lasting effect :)

We just had one of the largest BB competitions yestersay where I live and my friend won 1st and another 4th and your core is way tighter and more attractive then both. Honestly crazy how strong you are and aesthetically lean
