Good luck Wendy. Any numbers in mind for tomorrow?
Get me video on all three if you can.
It's calculated in the spreadsheet off AMRAPS for tomorrow. Squat 225 and I'm going to try for 12, bench 145 and I'm going to try for 6, deadlift 210 and I'm going for 6. I'm too cautious right now to do a true test and just load up the bar.....but then again I'm not in the gym yet....and I hate those AMRAPS. Lol.
I'll make sure to video everything!
