Your still in a deficit correct? Finished my 45 minutes fasted cardio by 5:30AM this morning. I am having a hard time staying out of the gym, which should be a good thing right? Just not enough recovery time I think.

We might need to change up the carb cycling if thats the case. However, you are correct asking GG about this. We might be better off adding the cardio to break thru it if your still doing well strength wise and with energy. Most important, we don't want the carb cycling running you, you need to run the carb cycling. If it's starting to affect your workouts, than we need to up some things, but if your still good workout wise, cadio might be the way to go.
 
BTW, i forgot to tell you, I LOVE the DELT MUSCLE separation in your AVI!!! So jealous lady!!! Your going to kick my ass. I have a few ideas for our log to add more interest and excitement for us. I will bring it to our party house and we can all talk about it to refine everything.

I'm starting to get tired of being hungry. Briefly thought about albuterol on the way to work, but idk. I do think my strength is starting to be affected although not greatly. I could just be feeling lingering guilt over my cheat meal too. Lol. I'm like that. My brain is a complicated place.

Most women's brains are complicated, so do feel like your different. If a women's brain wasn't so complicated, we would have a problem with over population in the world lol Us men have a one track mind most of the time.

You don't have to be hungry when you convert to powerlifting Wendy! Sorry, bad MP. I'm not trying to screw up your current cycle. Just saying.....

I know you are going for a certain look now. I get it.

You are going to look phenomenal as a powerlifter when the time comes. Granted not quite as cut but your back will be fucking outstanding. It looks amazing now and when we add a little thickness to it with the separation you already have... world class, at any age at our age unbelievable.

I know, I know. Patience isn't my best asset:eek:!

I was going to fly down and take her out to eat every day for a week to fix the hunger issue but I'm guessing your "fix" is more practical... but not as fun!!
Next cycle you can take her out... I promise [emoji6] she'll be more polished and ready for the next phase!

Ok... let me know... it's still early into the cycle and by end of this week, you should notice some changes. Let me know where you're at tomorrow morning and we may adjust earlier. I don't want to undo everything we've done up to this point. That will be counter productive.

If it wasn't used for our progress purposes and it gives us a gauge of where you are at...I'd say... take that scale, set it on fire and throw it as far as possible till it explodes....

BUT as I mentioned to you earlier, your bf% is down, that's all that matters.... plus us women can fluctuate up to 10lbs in a day!!! Just check the numbers and keep on kicking ass! You are amazing!
 
First bootcamp in a year. Level of suck = 10. But it's in the books. I test tomorrow so I didn't want to push myself too hard. (I think I'll stick with that one.)
