Teeter Hang-up?

I just hang upside down from a power rack suspended by a resistance band around my waist like I thought all normal ppl did lol. An inversion table is a fine investment for back pain sufferers.
Lmfao that just made my day worth livin hearin you say that. Also Doc i pm'd u a while back. Not sure if you got it or not but ill bump it after i get off work....

This is the one I got. It helps with lower back pain. Wide back and memory foam.

For a few more bucks I could've gotten the model that has infrared heat therapy. Supposed to be a deeper penetrating type of heat. I wish I did.

I haven't used it in a while. And coincidentally my lower back has been acting up again.

I swear if I dedicated as much time inverting, foam rolling and mobility work as I do training and nutrition I'd be like Gumby. I just can't push myself to do it.

New years resolution? Maybe.

That one looks solid. The table looks comfortable.

Mobility work  yeah me too.

It's a good idea for sure. I've looked into, but around here there's no free class. They want you to buy a month like $150.

That's piss, things like yoga were invented by poor people suffering pain to help other poor people survive their day.

Shit should be small voluntary donation at most. Fucking yuppies gotta commercialize everything.

Not the same but some good tutorials on YouTube no doubt. I have learned some good self massage techniques in YT.

I've dealt with back problems for awhile now. Sometimes I can sneeze while in a wrong position and bam my back is out of whack. What has really worked is a tennis ball. Lay on it and position it in areas of your pain. You will feel the muscle release after a few minutes. I suck at explaining things but it's worked wonders. Hope you get it figured out.

Tennis ball was always too soft for me so I use a lacrosse ball.

For decompressing my back I either hand from a pull up bar or find a table about waist high and, with palms down with fingers pointed at me, i press up and forward locking my elbows and making my lower body limp. Works like a dream.

Yeah I bought one of these and although it wasn't a miracle cure all I feel like it's a good investment if you workout and have back problems. It works better at an incline than fully upside down I feel.
