Anyone have one?

I found one on LetGo for $125 with accessories, lumbar support, foot lever, and pressure point knobs. The guy has had it about a yr, used it about a dozen times.

Highly recommended it bro.it has helped me

Thanks man. I went and looked at it, tried it. It made me dizzy. Told him I had some shit to do and I'd let him know by the end of the day. Thought about it, went back and got it! The thing is built like a tank. Lol

You have any recommendations on how to use it? Just follow the owner's manual?

How has it benefitted you the most? What are the pros and cons?

Yeah thats awesome. I was looking in to it but i forgot. If it works then it works. Also the reverse hyper is supposed to decompress the spine. But my gym doesnt have one
Befor i got the teeter i use to just hang from a pull up bar as long as i could. My grip got strong.the teeter is way better many uses.a must have

I have a knock off from big 5 and I love mine.

The first few times it made me sore but mostly due to trying to get out of it. I have a messed up back but after a few times it gets easier.

It makes me feel better when I use mine.

You got one hell of a deal!

Did you start at 60% for a couple mins per day for the first week or so? That's what the dude who sold it to me said to do. It has a color coded strap that hooks on the table so you don't go full 90.

I thought it was a good deal also.

What's crazy or odd, I was looking at one this woman had for sale. We chatted back and forth a few times. She end up selling it for $100 (it didn't have any accessories). Then, like the next day, this guy puts his up for sale. I guess it was a sign....

Yep, I started on the lower decline. I still prefer it to the 90 degrees.

Even though have mine is still buy the teeter for 100 or so if I found one. Then I'd have one at work too!

I got one. I found it works better at a lesser angle then fully inverted. I guess you can do it longer compared to hanging completely upside down. And it's hard to relax to allow the decompression. I haven't been using mine. But I should get back into it

Holy shit, people die on these things. Found cases on google. This guy laughs watching himself on cctv after he got stuck.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. I'm still trying to find the best place to set it up. Looks like the garage. No heat. :(

Idk if there's any "official" studies. They do have a damn fine info commercial and website.

I believe @Docd187123 said inversion tables are beneficial?... which is good enough for me.

I just hang upside down from a power rack suspended by a resistance band around my waist like I thought all normal ppl did lol. An inversion table is a fine investment for back pain sufferers.

This is the one I got. It helps with lower back pain. Wide back and memory foam.

For a few more bucks I could've gotten the model that has infrared heat therapy. Supposed to be a deeper penetrating type of heat. I wish I did.

I haven't used it in a while. And coincidentally my lower back has been acting up again.

I swear if I dedicated as much time inverting, foam rolling and mobility work as I do training and nutrition I'd be like Gumby. I just can't push myself to do it.

New years resolution? Maybe.
