actually, my testicles work fine, but hcg is way too crude, roller-coasterish, e2-ish, and a million other side effects due to all that that I never want to see any hcg again
I think there is more to the hcg than LH and possibly TSH ligand activity. I feel just the opposite. I went 3 months on HCG alone and never felt better. 10000iu/mth in 4 divided doses for a month seems to somehow reset something so that the exo T is more potent. Sure dont profess to understand it let alone the wide variation in anechdodal evidence.

I have done hcg in a bunch of different ways over the years, even tried hcg monotherapy with every day injections, it was not good, lots of hot flashes and ups and downs and feeling anxious, I don't think I can say it ever did many good things for me

When I first tried it, I had a response similar to yours. I think a low dose every day can be too much for some men. It does not work the same way as T. It had me hornier than hell but with ED from hell too. When I switched to 2 modest doses a week (700 IUs), it seemed to work much better, but my T level falls a bit too much in between shots...so I use 5 gm of T-gel on the middle day between HCG shots. Seems to work ok and is an acceptable change up from IM T.

the second last injection site still a little sore, but getting better, a little achy still, will see how that goes as the day goes on, I'm still thinking the joint ache is more from inflammation than from arimidex, but not sure yet
