Test/deca

Same here. It passes for me eventually though. Digestive enzymes help a lot

I always take probiotics. That's about it. Hopefully everything keeps going good because I hate feeling like I'm about to shit myself right before a heavy set of squats. Almost makes you not want to hit depth or something might come out. Ha

I think I'm going to participate in the bench your bodyweight competition in town on friday. I wasn't going to until I heard the winner last year only did 17 reps. I just did 320 for a 3x5 with pretty decent form. I'm sure if I was just throwing around the weight and bouncing it off my chest I could bench my bodyweight close to 30 times. Hopefully I win and get the awesome prize of a free tub of protein! Lol

Good luck. We did a 225 rep bench contest here earlier in the year. PA wiped the floor with me. Protein tubs are good, but bragging rights are better!

What would you say is a good amount of reps for 225? I'very never tried it but I'd imagine I'd be right around 20ish.

I know, if I could brag about winning that contest, that would be awesome! I guess it just depends on who shows up. I live in a pretty small area, but there are still a couple pretty strong guys in the area.

Shit, I think I got like 16. But that was after training. No excuses though. You gotta remember the NFL players do it and anyone over 20 is considered great. 30 is super, and there have been only 18 ever go over 40.

If I couldn't do at least 20 I would be pretty shocked.. I guess there is only one way to find out

I'd be all over that, I think I could hit bodyweight for 30+ anytime. There's an unsanctioned push/pull locally in like a week or two and I'm so tempted, but I'm gonna pass. Can't deadlift anyway and not worth $40 to bench only. Plenty of good benchers around anyway, not so many 600+ deadlifters.

Weight: 209.2

Workout today was,

3x3 of back squats @ 415
3x8 front squats
3x12 leg extensions
4x8 calf raises raises
4x15 calf raises

Got a pretty awesome calf pump today. I've been hitting them pretty consistently for about a month now. They do look like they're filling out a bit and they're staying to get pretty vascular. Hopefully by the end of the cycle I can at least get them out of, "the tiny category". Lol. I'm not asking for 20" ripped diamond calves, just 17" with some good definition would be good enough. Lol

Weight 210.0

Workout today was,

3x3 of deadlifts@ 485
4x10 Lat pulldowns
4x10 bent over rows
3x10 t-bar rows
4x15 reverse flies
4x8 cross body hammer curls
4x10 preacher curls
4x15 arm blasters
Drop set single arm cable curls

Weight 209.8

Workout today was

3x6 of bench press @ 295
3x8 incline bench
Superset 3x12 of front raises & lateral raises
4x8 weighted dips
4x12 skull crushers
4x15 tricep pushdowns
Drop set single arm rope pushdowns
4x8 shrugs
4x15 shrugs

Bench went up pretty easy. Kind of happy about that. Seems like just a couple months ago I was struggling to get 3-4 reps of 295 up, bouncing the weight off my chest, ass coming a foot off the bench, etc. Today I got all of the reps up with a perfect form and a nice slow and controlled eccentric. Even the third set with perfect form was about an rpe7. Next week I'm bumping the weights up, so hopefully everything goes as planned and my body adapts.

Weight: 208.2

Haven't been to the gym these last couple days, so I cut out a few calories, ended up dropping a couple pounds.

Workout that was,

3x5 back squats @ 400lbs
3x5 paused front squats
3x10 leg extensions
4x8 calf raises
4x15 calf raises

Nothing too spectacular. I have naturally big legs in proportion to the rest of my body, mainly my quads, thus why I squat at basically shoulder width. So I usually don't go too balls to the wall on leg day, mainly just do whatever I have to in order for my squat to increase, which seems to be just squatting. Lol. To put things in better prospective, when I'm actually down to weight, there is only a 2" difference in my thighs to my waist. Yet my arms are barely over half the size of my waist.

Weight: 208.6

Workout today was,

3x5 deadlifts @ 460lbs
4x10 Lat pulldowns
4x10 bent over rows
3x10 t-bar rows
4x15 reverse flies
4x8 cross body hammer curls
4x12 cross body hammer curls
4x15 arm blaster db curls
Drop set single arm cable curls

Overall a pretty decent workout. Added in some extra hammer curls because I'm hoping they'll help give my biceps a thicker look from the front. If anyone has any suggestions for giving the biceps a wider look, feel free to let me know.

On a side note, I do want to say 460 flew up like 405 today. I was actually pretty shocked.. lol. That first rep went up about as fast as I can blink. Usually although I'll lift it fairly quickly, I can still tell I'm lifting some heavy weight. Today it was light as hell.

Quick update,

Dropped the tbol a few days back. My stomach has been a lot better ever since and I have been feeling A LOT more energized. I was getting pretty lethargic, now I feel normal, just with the positives of extremely high testosterone. Ha.

Workout today was,

3x3 bench @ 320lbs
3x8 incline bench
4x15 cable crossovers
Superset 4x12 lateral raises & front raises
4x8 weighted dips
4x12 skull crushers
4x15 french press
4x15 reverse grip tricep pushdowns
Drop set single arm rope pushdowns

Bench went up pretty dang easy. Figured it would, but that was my first time benching 320 and I did it on an awkward bench so I didn't know what to expect.
