Day 6 check in - Today was shoulders & Abs which I was very surprised to see my strength increase a hell of a lot within a week. My press went up 6kg with a new PB and felt pretty easy, PIP is kinda dore but not too bad.
@broschmo @Antic thanks for the reply guys. I purchased a FIT TRACK PRO scales which has me labelled at 13% which I think is wrong but it does say its around 3% inaccurate from the DEXA scan which would put me around 16%. I will upload some progress pics tomorrow. I will be keeping my calories at 2600 which is 100 above my maintenance but eating clean and consistent to keep my bf down.
