What's up guys?!

Hope everyone's doing well, life's been pretty good here in Wunderpusville... Any way, as many of you know, I've just been cruising along for the past few months. I'd say I am very happy with the muscle I've retained, and the fat that I've kept off... However, I've been a bit loose on the diet the past month or so, and I've certainly added maybe 1-2 pounds of fat, nothing crazy. So, here's the plan, I think it's a bit different than a lot of other standard "bulk" cycles...

I'm going to do a mini cut for the next few weeks to kick things off... I want to be AS INSULIN SENSITIVE as possible before starting the growth process. Since this cycle will be largely structured on GH and insulin manipulation, being as sensitive as possible makes the most sense to me... I'm going to drop carbs pretty low 5 days a week, keep protein and fats "high" and roll in cardio 3-4 days a week for the next 3 or so weeks. I'm hoping to shed off a pound of two of fat, as well as increase sensitivity and lose any water weight so I can really see that canvas we're working with while growing.

With that, I'll be pinning long estered drugs... I'm going to do this:

Insulin sensitizing/mini-cut phase weeks 1-5:

Week 1: 250 Test E, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

2: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

3: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 50mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

4: 250 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 50mg's/ day winstrol, 1000mg's deca, 50mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

5: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day

Growth Phase Weeks 6-16:

6: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 25mcg's T3/ day, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 2iu Black Tops, humalog pre workout

7-10: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 2iu Black Tops, humalog pre workout

10-14: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

10-14: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

14-16: 1500 Test E, 700 primo enanthate, 1000mg's deca, 75mcgs T4 / day, 2iu Serostim/ day, 4iu Black Tops, 50mg's Dbol, 50mg's anadrol, humalog pre workout, 10iu Lantus in AM

Deca seems to really kick in around 18 days, test enan around 10 days, this is why I am tapering their start dates... I want them to really slam HARD when I come off the diet and introduce insulin.

This cycle, to me, is really pushing it... I'm testing out a new process of starting as insulin sensitive and depleted as possible. I hope my body is begging to put on muscle, not fat... So, we shall see.

As far as supplements are concerned I'll be taking alpha lipoic acid, multi-vitamin, fish oil, TUDCA, curcumin and ubiquinol.

Again, to reiterate, this is an EXPERIMENT... I'm not saying this will work, or it will not... Nor am I condoning the usage of drugs at anywhere near these levels. However, I have enough experience to have a good understanding of what I'm doing here. The results will be logged, for better or worse... Maybe this is a more effective way to "bulk"? Maybe not.... We shall see. I do, however, have high hopes for this process.

Best,

WP.

Good luck man. Will be interesting to see how this works out for you.

Thanks, Rob.

You know, I am too. If things start to work out poorly, I'll realign... I'd probably stop the cycle, allow my body to come back down to homeostasis, then try to grow after that.

I'm curious with the very high doses of AAS why such a very low dose of Lantus? I understand you're also using it with Humalog, but 10iu doesn't seem like enough to have much effect

I'm playing around with it... I will increase it if it seems necessary... I'll run the 10iu with the humalog for a few days and see how it feels. I worry that I'll be MUCH more likely to go hypo with basal insulin + humalog.

20iu of lantus seems pretty standard, however I don't see much info around about stacking it with humalog. Better safe, than sorry, right?

Why do you use t3 in bulking?! It is catabolic and I would use clen instead of it and throw some tren. Good luck, take it far.

Better safe than sorry is right, also I don't know your carb intake. For myself I was using 70iu Lantus per day, and never once measured in the hypo range or had any symptoms. I'm close with a couple nurses and they agreed it's very hard to go hypo on it because of the way it works in your body, your body can adjust.

Many I know will take 35iu at say 8am and 8pm

I am not advising anyone does this unless they are very knowledgeable with insulin or under strict supervision of a qualified coach.

He's not! Look again.

The T3 is used mostly in the cut phase. GH lowers T4 levels, as well, hence the supplementation. Also, at this level of T4, it seems to keep my appetite up and metabolism going. It's actually quite common to bulk with T4, GH and insulin.

I'm good on the tren, I don't want to feel like shit and wreck my body before trying to grow.

Clen is a maybe, depending on how fast the weight falls off in the beginning. ECA may be a better alternative for me, we'll see.

I do wonder how this changes with the introduction of another insulin analogue, though? If at all... Since juggling the two is new to me, I'm going to go into it slow...

I did not go high with the Humalog. I did 7iu pre workout and 7iu post while I did 35iu Lantus 2x per day.

BG was monitored very frequently when the Humalog was in my system, and I always kept coke, Gatorade, and glucose tabs within arms reach but I never dipped below 79

Edit* again you are absolutely right to take it slow, I'm not trying to persuade you to take risks, simply learning from you and sharing what I know

No, I appreciate the input. It's interesting how HARD lantus seems to be to go hypo on... I believe we've JUST tapped into the iceberg with Lantus... Possibly a ton of application to our world with it... Humalog, to me, is the tried and true insulin. It just WORKS.... So, we'll see how it goes. I'll probably do something around 5iu humalog pre, 5iu post for the first week or two to feel things out. Going in super depleted, and with another form of insulin, makes me nervous to push the levels too far.

@Wunderpus, good to see you back in the trenches bro. Last I recall you had a surgery recently. Apparently that went well I hope. It appears you have a well thought out game plan ahead of you. It’s nice to see your anticipate changes and the need for adjustment. Is Chest working with you on this one or are you going at it on your own?

I haven't reached out to Chest in a bit, so for now, no. The reason I opted to fly this one solo is I'm running the program based on curiosity and on theories I've developed, not looking to necessarily bring in a coach to apply their own theories, as that would sort of defeat the point of the experiment... In no way do I think Chest would've been a bad coach in any way for me here, it's just a matter of wanting to try a new method on my own.

Surgery went well, I am totally recovered and ready to go. I feel healthy and good. Strength has been increasing weekly, which is nice.

I try to keep an open mind during these phases in terms of my ability to adjust as needed... I believe it would be foolish to stick to the plan, if the plan isn't working...

I only asked about Chest because you were making some exciting gains/improvements, and a lot was learned i.e. electrolytes, intra-work out, etc. But as the Alpha pioneers that we are, we naturally tend to cut our own pathways to follow.

I find your open-mindedness very encouraging. I'm still very new to this game. Just 4 cycles under my belt. 3 of 4 were short 8 week cycles, not a lot of room for observation and very limiting. This is my first 16 week run, and i'm just at the halfway mark. There have been times that i had to critically evaluate my progress but with only myself to rely on. Sometimes its just not yet clear whats bothering you and so you can't just post up a question or concern without first really understanding what you're going through yourself.
I think a lot of the newer guys, those that have yet to inject, should know that keep an eye on progress. Some are too reckless and will frequently make all sorts of changes, but then you have those that want to be safe but to much to the point that they just ride it out and don't realize that with some reflecting and tweaking, things might have been better. I don't know to be completely honest, its just what i have been contemplating lately, and seeing your flexibility give me the confidence to rely on my instincts and blood works of course.

Nevertheless, thanks for doing a log again.

I would recommend, at some point, everyone considers using a coach like Chest... I learned a lot, and I'd certainly bet I'll use him again. I think it's an interesting and enlightening way to refine your process.... In some ways, it's like therapy... It's good to have someone else analyze your thoughts objectively, and possibly teach you some new tricks to maximize your results.

For those who are LESS willing to take risks, a good coach is even MORE advantageous.

Our instincts are only as good as we are. Sometimes, more often that I'd like to admit, my instincts are wrong. The best tool we have is our ability to be objective in these scenarios... The more frustrating part about the whole process is the fact there are many avenues to the same end goal, a good physique. The problem is choosing which is right for you... That takes a lot of time, and patience... Not to mention an ability to read between the bullshit we're saturated with nowadays with social media and forums... This is why I try to keep it as real as possible.
